its a little oasis in the buzzing medina. staff is very friendly and helpful.
its location means you need to walk even to get to a taxi. common areas could be cleaner.

Great location, close to jamaa Al fana and easy to get back to when youve been out and about in the Medina. Amazingly hospitable staff, the gentlemen at the front desk and the ladies taking care of us and preparing our plentiful breakfast spread were so warm and welcoming! A relaxing oasis from the hustle and bustle nearby. Also for families- our room was set up perfectly for a family with two kids, not always the case with the Riads. Lovely architecture, clean, and also comfy beds. Everything was great and the staff was exceptional, thank you!

Calm, bed comfort, welcoming, beautiful suite, cleanliness, luxurious bath towels and bathrobe, diners, breakfasts etc.. A special thanks to Mustapha and Hamid. A special thanks too to the chefs Khawla and Bouchra.
Diners : nice, a lot of delicious vegetables. But could be more varied.

Absolutely perfect stay at the heart of Marrakechs' medina. Mustapha and all staff were really nice and helpfull. We've got nice and cozy double room with spacious bathroom. The room kept nice low temperature even in the day heat. Breakfast in the inner part of riad were great, we've been given food by our dietery needs. Really appreciated. We would recommend this accomodation, great value for the price.

Beautiful, quiet Riad, with roof terrace (where we had breakfast one morning) Super friendly staff. Good size rooms. Lovely inner courtyard. A great getaway from the noise & activity of the Medina

Breakfast was good. We stayed in the mamounia suite, its a nice room, the bathroom was great! The staff was very friendly and good with our toddler. There was always someone at the entrance desk. It was easy to communicate once we were there. There was heating/air conditioning in the room. Location was great if you are looking to stay in the medina.
The room was advertised as a suite but there was no separate area at all. It was basically a bedroom with 2 large chairs. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 7pm because the staff thought we were 2 adults plus baby instead of 3 adults plus baby. When we arrived in the room, it felt really tight for the 4 of us. We were really surprised that it was advertised as a suite. The crib which was requested in advance wasn't set up fully (it was missing the mattress). This issue was addressed right away by the Riad though. Besides the few hiccups upon arrival, everything went very smoothly and I would recommend this Riad and this suite to smaller group (couple or couple with baby).

Was a little hard to find. Also, beware that the riad is within the old medina, where cars are not allowed from 1pm on.

The staff were excellent and very helpful and the host was always looking to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The property description was misleading in that it depicts a much more luxurious location and position. The breakfast was not of the quality and choice we expected.

This riad opens up from a nondescript hole in the medina wall that belies the beauty inside. Once you enter, the courtyard opens up into three stories of beautiful rooms and tended open spaces. Room was nice and private but nowhere near 5 star standards.
The hotel manager seemed to try to provide good service, but couldn't recommend specific restaurants and offered little local knowledge. He did help us arrange a taxi to the train station, but miscommunicated with the driver and we ended up at the airport
