Very clean although pool was a bit murky.
The single bed was rock hard, beyond uncomfortable. The pillows were large and very firm. The noise from above at 6.30 for preparing tables and pulling chairs out woke us up. We asked for vegan and gluten free in advance for one of our group. She got an apple on day one and a green salad and pear on day 2. We were told the room wasnt ready and although the receptionist was lovely she tried to sell us a medina tour guide for 100 for the day!! We got one for half that outside that was great. The hotel offers a taxi for 30 but Booking.com offered it for 11. The Wi-Fi was temperamental. The male receptionist was more professional and less pushy to sell us trips and excursions before we got into our rooms. The orange blossom fragrance was ok at first but soon became so overpowering! Its also difficult to find when you first arrive.

The riad was beautiful, well appointed and relaxing. The staff were super attentive, and we would like to call out Hiba for going above and beyond several times. She arranged several meals for us as well as a guided tour of Medina and an evening meal in the desert.
Breakfast was served on the terrace and was never rushed. One evening we had dinner at the riad, which was served in the main courtyard by the water. All meals were delicious.
Our room was comfortable and spotless.
Would highly recommend.
It was frustrating that there was WiFi in the riad, but not available in the bedrooms.
The walk through the Medina can be a bit smelly, with care needed to avoid the cat poo that litters the alleys!

Breakfast on the terrace was the best start to each day, the food was delicious and plentiful and the staff was so friendly. The riad is so beautifully decorated and the courtyard is cozy and magical, especially at night when the are lanterns lit up. The best of all was the extremely kind and caring staff, especially Hiba who made us feel so at home and took care of our every need.
Not a lot, but if I'm being picky then some of the seating for breakfast on the terrace was in direct sun and it would have been nice to have some shade.

Super safe, incredible riad, very diligent staff. We were there during the earthquake and it could not have been safer. Its so beautiful and the staff were so friendly. Would love to come back!!

Everything was perfect. We would love to stay again when we go back. The family takes great pride in creating a wonderful experience.
We didn't experience any problems with our stay. The only issue was finding the location the first time. Everything else was great.

The location was very quiet and easy to find. We arrived very early in the morning and we received a warm welcome:, the transfer was waiting for us outside the airport and well visible. When we arrived at the Riad we were offered a small refreshing breakfast to recharge the batteries and start visiting the city. I recommend the dinner (to book in advance) at the Riad as it was delicious and it is a great way to taste the.genuine Maroccan cuisine. Breakfast is also delicious. The room (Dar Sultan) is large, well equipped and very quiet at night. Everyone at the Riad was friendly and they pay attention to all details to put guests at ease. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommended it!
