A truly stunning property and a feeling of luxurious relaxation from the moment you walk through the door. Hotel-style in room air conditioning was an absolute godsend. The rooftop terrace was an absolute joy and a great place to cool down and relax before /after a trip . Spa is a heaven Hammam with scrub and massage were amazing , Dinner is a watermouthing full of Moroccan tastes. First time Riad with floor heating .
Delightful 2 nights we spent in this Riad , room was excellent , breakfast was an excellent and many many choice of delightful food to enjoy . Custom service is taken seriously here, and every staff member were so helping , welcoming , and very professional. Highly recommend .

I cannot say enough good about Riad Flam. The space is gorgeous, relaxing. It is filled with good and kind staff who make it a most enjoyable experience. We will most definitely be back.

Very Good
The room was beautiful and big, with lots of light and details. The design of the ryad is fantastic and the kindness of the personnel was awesome, specially the guy taking care of the nights and breakfasts, very helpful.
The rooftop terrace was not well prepared, the jacuzzy was not in place and everything was dirty, it needs urgent refurbishing.

Very calm, peaceful, helpful staff.
Despite being there during the earthquake (which the hotel staff helped us remain calm and advised on what we should do to be safe) we had a great stay

The location is perfect, just a walking distance to all tourist attractions, 2 minutes to Bahia Palace, and a few walk to Badii Palace, Secret Garden Marrakesh just a few minutes away to walk, The square Market and etc. The Flam is well recommended, the staff are so friendly like a family, kind and helpful. Very kind people. Big thanks to Hosain for your great service.
The 2 small dirty pellow in the bedroom. , must change it!

I stayed at here for 1 week in July in a very spacious room on the first floor overlooking the comfortable and picturesque courtyard.
Room - very good Air con, strong Wi-Fi, smart TV.
Treatments - had a hanmam and massage in the treatment rooms both were very good after a day of exploring the medina.
Location - perfect - 5 minutes walk and you are in the main square and practically neighbours with the Bahia Palace
Staff - excellent Hussain and Hisham can organise everything for you, trips, walking guides, restaurant bookings. This team live and breath Marrakech
I had a very good time at Riad Flam and would recommend it to anyone.

First time to Marrakesh I loved my stay over Riad Flam , we enjoyed our meal dinner and lunch , super delicious breakfast, trip organized by the reception was great at my end of stay I took out my tiredness by taking Hammam with scrub and massage relaxant, thank for all the staff who rendered my stay awesome much recommanded see you

felt home the moment we arrived. Staff are the most professional we ever encountered in our trip to Morroco. Smiling, kind and responsive all the time. We cant tell how welcoming they were.
The Riad is nicely designed, well taken care of different spaces. The rooms are spacious and well decorated with wood of cedar , everything is placed in good functional way. The materials used in the rooms are all of high quality, from mattress to towels to even shower gel. Breakfast was delicious fresh with a plenty of choices . The massage and the hammam were also brilliant after a long trip to Agafay desert superb dinner
I will definitely come back highly recommended .

Nice and friendly staff
The Riad is way more than expensive what it provides as we have been in other Morocco cities like Fes and Rabat and with this prices you can stay with better hotels and riads.
The breakfast was so simple, no eggs. Only tea, juice and bakery with few jams.

This Riad is probably the best Riad I've stayed at. Staff are friendly, welcoming and available 24/7. Very clean, quiet and cozy in the heart of the city. The on-location spa and hammam was good including the jacuzzi. Overall, felt relaxed here because of the cleanliness and staff. Breakfast was always enjoyable, you have birds as your natural alarm. Rooms were vert clean with modern ventilation, especially when Marrakech is 40 deg C in July!! The property location is a walking distance away from Jemaa El Fna, close to Bahia Palace and close to the medina. Isaam, Hussein, and entire staff were fantastic. Will stay here again. If you are looking for a hotel alternative and get to know the locals...STAY HERE! The spa/hammam and dinner package is VERY reasonable.
No negative comments about this place.

The riad was beautifully decorated. The rooms were elegant and lovely. The inner court yard and pool was great to relax and have breakfast in. Spa service and breakfast were great.
I wish the rooftop was also set up to relax in. It seems that the 2nd pool and upper terraces were under construction. I wish this was communicated at time of reservation or in website.
