Wonderful
Very clean and spacious rooms. Also the courtyard is very stylish and the pool is great. Service was magnificent, very early breakfast due to our flight was no problem at all!
You cannot find the location on Google Maps and Maps.me, so you have to pay a guide to get there

super nice Riad and due to the small size you can have a very private breakfast! wonderful!
attention: its in a hidden alley so best is to arrange pick up from the airport with the Riad upfront. As soon as you know where it is, its perfect!

The staff were wonderful. Did everything to accommodate

Only of the people that work there
Its location is not good, the surroundings are unsafe, especially in the night, nobody knows about its existence. The internet is bad, the breakfast is poor, the mattresses are terrible, as well as the lighting, practically in the whole riad.

It was amazing! We had the best time ever. The location was perfect but the best part was the hosts Fathima and Zacharia, best people ever, they made our experience even better, being super available and caring, they also suggested us really nice places to go to and Zacharia was always willing to walk with us to the taxi so that we wouldnt get lost. The breakfast was really good and so the rooms and the structure. Loved that place! Looking forward to come back!!

Cant say a single good thing about this hotel
Terrible location/ Rude manager/ Overpriced. Youll find Raid First in between a maze of alleyways that has only one way out through a meat market full of gathered men and young lads who advantage of the fact this hotel is in the middle of nowhere and ask for payment to show you the way. The hotel is a lot smaller then shown in pictures. i.e the swimming area is half the size compared to pictures. It also has an open plan for the bathroom including no door for the toilet. Manager is as rude as it gets and wont understand any circumstances you may have please be aware she will take her money for the whole stay no matter what may come of your travels. Circumstances can change even if it wasnt planned however she will NOT understand. Overall the location, staff and cost of this hotel is outrageous, would never recommend to anyone. I myself along with my partner left Raid First and moved to a lovely hotel called Hotel Nassim check out their location you wont be disappointed. Booking.com will not allow me to post pictures of the area surrounding this place. Just goes to show how awful it is.

Beautiful riad, exactly like the pictures. Very clean. We had a lovely stay. friendly staff.
The first time the riad was hard to find. Maybe a sign next to the door or on the corner of the street would be helpful.

Fatima and her team were lovely and attentive, made the place feel like home. The room was lovely and big, easy to get around - Ive been to Marrakech plenty of times and have to admit that side of the medina is the better one. Thank you Riad First for a very chilled out solo trip- perfect for some r&r!

The stuff was very good, very nice and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated but the lighting situation is not good. Our room was simply to dark to spent time in there other then sleeping.
