The location is great. It's in the medina area.
The room is too small. There is no wall or glass as a barrier of the shower room. No table and chair for resting. There is only a tiny window in the entire small unit so the cirbulation isn't good enough.

I thought it served breakfast and that's why I booked but there was no breakfast.
Bedsheets were OK. But the blankets I'm not sure if it gets cleaned regularly. The towels were very old and didn't smell good but they were clean.
The roof top was good. The size of the room was good
That there was no breakfast even though it said breakfast available. The towels didn't smell good abd were too old.
The rugs also looked well worn out and didn't look clean .

very good location
the riad requires large investments in the cleanliness and condition of the building. There is no heating, hygiene is poor, employer does not know English and gives misleading information.

the location was great
this riad has seen better times....I guess value for money in high season it's acceptable, but there was no water pressure half the time....half the lights in the room didn't work....the bathroom could have had a much much better cleaning....but to be very honest, in high season and only using the riad from 12 pm to 9am so just for sleeping it acceptable....but I've been to marrakesh a few times and was a bit disappointed with this place....

Youssef was very helpfull in supporting us to get to the Riad from the airport and booking visits/ day trips. Etc.
Calm and relaxing place for family.
Classic Riad style architecture.

A beautiful riad with a lovely terrace and pretty rooms. A great location in the medina. The owner was helpful and friendly but there was only one person so he wasn't always there.
The Riad was in a quiet area but noise travelled within the Riad and some other guests were very noisy very late at night one of the 3 nights we were there.

The whole Riad was beautiful and clean, we had really nice talking with Youssef, very interesting, helpful and kind. The staff were also very nice people, anything we needed the offered help or extra clean while we out.
The accomodation is really close to jammah al fna like 5 minutes, the street where is the Riad is very clean and last but not least there is no noise at all, after spending the day in the square you can just walk in the Riad and enjoy the calmness ! I recommend 100%
We felt very comfortable no negative thinks to say.

Manager was hardly ever there. We stayed for 5 nights and asked for towel changes after 3 and he said no. No cleaning done in room for the the whole 5 days.

The Riad is in a perfect location, close to the market but away from the noise. We had our delicious breakfast in the rooftop. The staff was absolutely welcoming and let us check in very late at night.
The only problem we had is that the shower had no hot water but the water was just a bit warm. Warm enough to shower anyway.
