Very Good
I liked the location in the center of the Medina.
Not easy to find so you have to ask the Riad to organize your arrival with Charlotte.
The employees are friendly and very polite.
Good Breakfast and meals.
Bonne literie.
My room was small and there was no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels.

Quiet, comfortable, clean
Hard to find!! We would have never found it if we had to do it by ourselves. Not a short walk. Twists and turns. Most difficult at night.

Beautiful property and the staff were very kind. The terrace was lovely for relaxing or talking quietly and drinking tea. A very peaceful place to stay. The breakfast was delicious, especially the eggs. The room was decorated nicely and a very good size.
Pool had some insects in it so we didn’t feel
comfortable using it.

Great location, once you have found it! Traditional riad with a roof terrace.
Didn't like that you couldn't get in the front door unless one of the owners let you in. There was no reception desk. No obvious place to find someone to ask a question or check in or pay etc. Very noisy although often down to the other guests arriving a 2am and knocking the door loudly to be let in!

There were some power issues during my stay which affected my ability to charge my phone. Where it’s located can be a little confusing without Google maps.

Location in Medina was good - nice and quiet but a bit of a walk to get to.
Breakfast wasn’t great. No fruit / yoghurt. Just bread and butter and honey. Bit of cake and only one missimin . Coffee was ok but just filter. No variety.

Our visit was 4 nights.The rooms were very cold, breakfast was very basic . You was not given a choice for breakfast and you couldn’t class it as continental. We was served the same bread every day with a cup of coffee . It is definitely not sign posted with location very hard to find. Once found was a good location

The location is great, super easy to find using google maps. The taxi won’t go inside the Medina but the directions to get to the riad are pretty straight forward. The staff was great, always helpful and accessible.
The road was undergoing some improvements so the smell of pain was strong. The bathroom products were given in refillable bottles, great for the environment not mo much for the dry skin and hair. The shower overflowed the first 2 days but they were always available to clean and dry the floor.

Our hosts were so wonderful and attentive to our needs. Due to several flight delays, we arrived at 1 a.m, to the Riad and the host welcomed us in at had breakfast ready for us when we woke up. This establishment is cash only, so pack euros to pay for your stay. Also do not come here if you’re used to staying at corporate hotels like the Marriott or the Courtyard. This is an authentic Riad ran by local Moroccan women. You’ll be staying in the heart of Marrakech and living outside your comfort zone. If you’re ready to experience the real Morocco this is it.
There’s a mold issue going on in the shower stall. ABC I know the ladies clean this place from top to bottom everyday. I think that the guests keep the bathroom or room shut up all day and it is causing mold in the shower stalls.
