Location was right in the heart of old Medina , walking distance to landmarks , restaurants etc
Breakfast was great , better than most restaurants.

We loved the staff, they were very attentive and gave us great tips. The breakfast was also amazing and the jacuzzi was nice after a long day of walking. Good central location.
There was a bit of a problem with the water plumbing in the bathroom but the staff did their best to resolve it in the best way. The reviews about the sound isolation were true but it seems to be the case everywhere and it wasn't that disturbing.

Excellent experience for three days trip in Marrakech. Strategic location (closed to Bacha Coffe and Café Arabe), comfortable service and rooms, excellent staff, fresh and homemade breakfast changing everyday upon your preferences…and an amazing jacuzzi on the rooftop for relaxing during the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Enchante. The staff were great and extremely attentive - always happy to help out or share any recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was very tasty. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great - although the Riad is located right in the heart of Marrakesh it is very quiet and peaceful once you're inside. It has a great rooftop terrace, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We were able to leave our luggage at the property prior to check in and after check out, which helped out massively. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis and we were given fresh towels each day. Shower gel, shampoo and soap was topped up daily and the Riad also provides you with bottled water, bath robes and cotton pads/ buds. The Riad can also help you with arranging pick up and drop off from the airport - we used this on departure. This service required an additional payment of approximately €20 but was well worth the price. We didn't leave for the airport till about 4 pm but were able to relax at the property until then and were offered tea and coffee - this once again shows that the staff goes above and beyond to offer the best service they can.
We loved everything about our stay and would come back in a heartbeat! I know that some people have mentioned that they struggled to find the Riad but we didn't encounter this difficulty. Once you locate Derb Abib Allah all you need to do is follow the alley and the signs for Riad Enchante. We also felt safe walking down the alley as it was well lit.

Riad Enchante is the perfect stay for Marrakech. It's located off of an alley right in the medina. The staff is so friendly and amazing. They're there to give you insights to make your vacation effortless — mint tea when you need it, can book airport transfers, give great recommendations, etc. An overall friendly and felt-like-home environment.
Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was incredible: a mix of fresh orange juice, pastries, eggs, etc. The hottub is a plus. Would absolutely recommend this stay!

Our stay at Riad Enchanté was absolutely wonderful—it truly felt like home! The riad beautifully blends traditional charm with modern comfort, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Khalid, Omar, and Esham were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the souk and key tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the service here. Khaled was great and organised our day trip for us before we even moved into the Riad. Breakfast was amazing and I loved the extra servings of mint tea and pastries ?. We will definitely choose this Riad the next time we visit Marrakech
The lights in the bedroom were a bit dull. If that can be fixed, the property is a 10/10

Great staff, great location, beautiful and intimate Riad! Breakfast was lovely each morning.
The mattress was too hard/firm. The Riad welcome email should let guests know that you cannot drive up to the Riad, you need to be able to walk your luggage 10 mins through the Medina and to ignore the local people who try to give the wrong directions to get you lost and then ask for money to help you.

My wife and me recently stayed at « Riad Enchanté » and I were extremely impressed with the service I received. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and my every need was catered for. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help out with any queries or requests. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the amenities provided were of a high standard.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Marrakech. Special thanks must go to Si Mohamed and Khalid, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.
Overall, aI had an excellent experience at the « Riad Enchanté » and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful Riad. Good staff. Excellent breakfast. Great roof terrace. Had an excellent evening meal here.
Located towards the end of a long, winding alley. Didn't feel safe returning to the Riad late at night - although that's applicable to wandering around Marrakech anywhere late at night.

Very tasty, fresh breakfast on a tarrace, very good internet, kind, friendly, helpfull staff. We had a fantastic dinner on a tarrace too. It was so tasty marocan food. Good location in Medina. Close to everything.

Riad Enchanté is hands down one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, regardless of price range. Staff was so lovely, and the lady that cooked us dinner few times was very friendly and made us several variations of tangine and loads of other side dishes. Loved every single thing about it. Breakfast and dinner at the rooftop with some nice background music, what more can you ask for! There aren't that many rooms wich is great, and you will always see familiar faces. Location is in the medina which is great for shopping and food and you can still easily walk to other sites. Be sure to use the riad's airport pick up service as it can be a bit tricky find on your own at first.
Our rooms were clean and cool at just the right temperature in the middle of the August heat. Overall loved the design and interior of the Riad. Good sized bedroom, beautiful generous sized bathroom. A great place for our first time in Morocco.
There honestly isn't that much to dislike. I wished there was a full length mirror and a fridge in our room to keep our water/drinks and some food that we bought cool and fresh. Our room had 2 small wardrobes on each side of the bed which was just about ok. There was no space to store our suitcases and we were there for a week. Would still book it again for, perhaps for a shorter trip.

This is my second time at Riad Enchante, and it did not disappoint. I've fallen so deeply in love with this particular Riad, and how dedicated, they are to make sure everyone feels at home. The breakfast they provide daily is such a treat that I almost canceled a meeting one morning because I didn't want to miss it. And we had to force ourselves to start researching restaurants because it was so easy to just want to eat in the Riad each day; the food is healthy, delicious, and, in my opinion, it can even compete with some of the highly rated restaurants in the area. Also, I must say that Hussein is now one of my favorite people in Marrakech. He felt familiar in a way that made us feel very relaxed and welcome- plus, he's hilarious :'D Thank you to you all for such a wonderful stay. By the way, this review is just for the FIRST part of our stay because we loved it so much we've extended our reservation here -- twice (and they were so nice to give us a room upgrade)!
That I can't stay here for my entire trip because I have plans to go to Casablanca (and that I missed one day of the yummy breakfast).
