Great food for dinner when it was available. Everything was easily arranged.
The cleanliness was bad, especially when it was raining. It often didn't feel like anyone was taking care of the space. Everything was also very very expensive.

The host was the nicest person ever and made us feel so welcome and reassured on our first night when we arrived at night time! He was so helpful and honestly the best part of our stay! He was so happy to help us organize day trips and give advice. The location had a lovely rooftop where you could sit and relax. While we didn’t eat here during our stay, it is clear from other reviews that the breakfast is great. It was relatively close to the Medina approx 15-20 mins on foot.
A bit hard to find at night time. We personally found the mattress to be very, very hard and is quite noisy at night time with people coming in (although to note, we were exploring all day so going to bed early at approx 9:30pm) so we were woken a lot. Our door didn’t lock fully which worried us day one but once we seen how safe the Riad is, this did not bother us as much.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Elli in the Medina Marrakesh. It was very clean and well kept, and the location made it easy to explore Marrakech on foot. The highlight of my stay was definitely the terrace - watching the sunset from there was unforgettable. Highly recommended, also the staff was very helpful really appreciated.

Poor location, insecure, no cupboard, moulds in the wahroom. The washroom water was not draining properly.
We discovered a lot of hair strands in the room and bathroom. Not clean at all.
There were no amenities or toiletries, the door did not close correctly, and there were no adequate lights.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff.
The dining area inside the riad is a beautiful serene
The terrace had a wonderful sunset view.
The bedroom. The floors of our room had a layer of dirt that was quite nasty. Additionally, the room had a rug that needed to be thrown out.
In the bathroom the shower would splash out with no place for the water to run to, so it just sat there soaking the floor and the jute mat.

The property was amazing and felt like we were getting a real Moroccan experience. It was so cute, and felt like an oasis. The staff was so amazing, they took such great care of us! We traveled with our 1 year old son and they made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious and it was so nice to sit in the court yard in the morning and enjoy it!
The walk from the main street was a little bit far but not too much of a problem.

The place is great, an old Moroccan house modified into a comfortable hotel. We really liked the place, its interior and the crew. Young guy who welcomed us and took care of all our needs was an intelligent person with whom I enjoyed talking.
Parking is located nearby, it’s paid 70 dirham per night, it’s a good and safe parking and if you stay in Marrakech you won’t need a car because everything is very close from the Riad.
Breakfast was great, typical Moroccan followed by a tea and coffee.
The room was a little bit cold during the night - BUT I write it only to warn anyone coming to Morocco in winter time that these houses are not insulated like the ones in Central Europe. It’s not possible to heat it properly, just take some warm clothes.

Great hospitality and we felt very welcome. Location neat the center is great. Good dinner and breakfast.
The location of the parking was not clear on beforehand and we had to search for a good spot.
