Kind we staff and delicious breakfast. Rooftop is heavenly at any hour and the coffee across the street y tu my is the best in town
Cold in the morning and didn’t know the pool/water wouldn’t be usable in this season. I also was confused at the lack of credit card machine to pay for the room.

Great value and the friendliest staff. If you want to be in the action of the medina while staying close to the main streets (so that you don't have a long walk with your luggage coming into the medina), you'll like this location. That said, being in the medina like this can have it's drawbacks for some people. The staff are what really make this place stand out for me. They greet you with smiles and do what it takes to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is included as well.
It can be noisy due to its location. Much of the noise of the medina is dampened when you're inside the riad, but if people are yelling outside, you may still hear them. The fake "guides" on the street can be annoying when you're just trying to walk to the riad.

The location was great! Also we really liked the whole vibe of the riad. Additionally, the staff were really friendly and helpful!
The room wasn't the most comfortable and it lacked heating which in February is a big issue. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest also.

It was very close to the market of Marrakech. The breakfast was simple, filling, and fresh. I recommend dining at the restaurant called 'La Terrasse Du Jardin,' which is close to the hotel. If you like meat, you should try Tanjia Marrakchia, and if you enjoy chocolate, you should try the chocolate cake. I think its name is Moelleux Au Chocolat.

A good location 10 minutes walk from a main bus stopping point/taxi rank and 20 minutes to the main square (Medina). The owner was friendly and went out of his way to help, such as providing breakfast early if needed. The 24 hour reception/on-site presence is convenient and gives a feeling of security.
The room was adequately sized, clean and comfortable and the facilities, although basic, worked as required with a warm shower etc.
The immediate area felt safe and there were plenty of cafés and shops nearby. I would definitely stay again if in Marrakech.

I think I’d find it hard to enjoy a dark room too! It can be so off-putting. Rest everything was perfect

Location is just a couple of minutes to the heart of the action. Plenty of cafeterias and restaurants outside.
Staff was very friendly, a big thank you to everyone.
The common areas are fantastic, the inside of the riad is well kept, the small pool is really nice to see. The terrace is great, big, with plenty of spaces to seat and relax.
Breakfast was your standard Moroccan hotel breakfast with bread, jam, honey, etc.
The room didn't have any window.
Also, the bathroom is a disaster. There's a really weird mix of a tub and a shower, except it doesn't really work as a shower or a bathtub, and you end up splashing water everywhere. Water pressure was really low too. The pipes look designed by a mad plumber.
And, finally, I really didn't like that you don't have the keys to the front door like in other riads. To enter, you have to knock on the door every time.
