Staff were super attentive and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the courtyard and outdoor seating was so nice.
Our room did not have any windows to the courtyard. The only window was low and blocked by trees.

Disappointing
Comfortable bed. Cute courtyard with a very small dipping "pool".
Terrible location!!! It is in a dodgy, dirty, poor area where you do not want to be going after sun down. Overflowing dumpsters of trash with people eating from trash can, dirty dark narrow empty streets with rubbles and boarded buildings. Guys loitering who want to "show you the way" to a restaurant, and ask you for money. I did not feel safe. There is nothing interesting to see within 1km!! None. It's far from the nice areas of the medina, and far from the airport and tge train station. And it's expensive!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!

Wonderful
The staff were very friendly and the riad was very nicely decorated. The patio where we had breakfast in the morning was absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast itself was very good. Overall, would recommend.
It was not very easy to find the riad at first and we felt it was a bit far from all the attractions, especially if you have to walk back home at night.
We had a reservation for a specific room but we were given a different one (which we had impression to be of a lower value). Cleanliness could be improved: finding dead flies lying on the bed was not very pleasant.

Good
Nice Riad with a very pretty little courtyard. We stayed two separate nights in different rooms before going on some tours. Location is a bit hidden but the Riad arranged for us to be collected. It’s close for the gardens la majorelle and around 25min to the sukhs.
The facilities worked for a short stay but we had a couple of electric sockets being loose, not working and no light in the shower. We also had tours planned for which we had to check out early and there was no option to accommodate an earlier breakfast (which was at 8am).

Beautiflu Riad, 20 minutes walk away from the Jemaa el-Fnaa (if you are a solo traveler and do not enjoy walking through empty, tiny streets after dark, do not stay here), very kind and polite receptionist, delicious welcome treats, beautiful plants everywhere!
We had to leave at 6:50 for our flight, and unfortunately, the place could not provide us with a packed breakfast; we would have appreciated even a small piece of fruit. Another place where we stayed and left early for the Sahara tour was able to offer us a packed breakfast.

Our stay at this Riad was wonderful. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel at home, always attentive and willing to help with a smile. We especially want to mention Ahmed, who was an excellent host from day one, helping us in every way he could and making our stay even more special. The room for three was comfortable and had the charming essence of Marrakech. The cleanliness, breakfast, and hospitality were a 10/10. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic experience in the city. We will definitely be back!

Very welcoming and friendly staff.
Breakfast was excellent.
We went out early one morning, so we were provided with a takeaway breakfast.
Cozy and quiet room with a comfortable bed and piping hot water.
Resident finches and cats.
Trees in the atrium.
Nothing- all good.

The Riad was beautiful, breakfast was served by the pool area, with the birds and cats which was lovely.
The rooms were traditional, nice Moroccan tiles giving a lovely vibe.
The staff were so so friendly, everyone we encountered was helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble

The entrance was well hidden and it was hard to find it at the beginning. But once we entered the Riad it was like something out of a fairytale. We were staying with our 1,5 year old toddler and his grandma, we got two rooms on the same floor and felt like at home. It was very quiet at night and the staff was very friendly. They even arranged a massage for us right at the hotel. The breakfast was tasty. The location was great to reach everything on foot. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever visited Marrakesh again. Thank you!
We liked everything.

Very Poor
We stayed two nights in the worst room, we asked to change it and were told that they were all occupied, very poor breakfast, far from all the main attractions of Marrakesh, the entrance is through a tunnel, in case of an earthquake no more get out of there, the area is unsafe in the evening, there are all kinds of dubious people who ask tourists for money, I saw tourists harassed by people from the area, the only plus was the recreation area, nothing else.

A full and varied breakfast; pastries and homemade items, good coffee and fresh juice. Easy location in the Medina for walking to most places of interest.

A big Riad in the very north of the Medina with
very, very friendly and helpful staff!!!
Good breakfast with everything you need
Rooms are bigger than usual
The Riad is hard to find, the entrance is situated in a tunnel which is less than head height.
Our room itself was pretty dark
