Wonderful
My stay at Riad de Prince was very pleasant. I really enjoyed the traditional atmosphere of the Medina, the convenient location and the delicious breakfast. The staff on duty Hamid & Adnan were also very helpful and made my experience even more comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Room. The toilet and a small shower were not separate rooms; they were part of the main room and only partially enclosed, without a ceiling, which meant that sounds and odors easily spread into the living area.

Wonderful
I generally enjoyed my stay in the Riad. The building, patio space and terrace are wonderful. So is the staff (extremly helpful and kind) and the lovely breakfast. The place is really well kept and the photos are accurate, you can tell the owners and staff put a lot of their hearts into it. Shower is great and relaxing. Location is really good if you want to avoid the main medina buzz and mazes, and plan to take a bus to Essaouira (next door). Close as well to YSL / Jardin Majorelle.
All was great except for a couple of nights when late arrivals ocurred. My room was onto the main patio space and the arriving party were rudely speaking out loud (after 11pm) for a long hour, not considering the acustics of such space ( or other guests sleep). Next night a past middle age french group, overly fond of smoking (should definately be banned in such wonderful space) made it hard to relax too.

Good property. It was very well maintained. The staff even coordinated with me on the day of my check-in to ensure I have directions and a way to get to the location safely.
The Riad is very well taken care of. Highly recommend the property.
They take card payment for transactions.
It’s a 2 minutes walk through the medina from the area that cabs can pick you up and drop you off. So an easy access to lug your bags.
Note for first time travelers to Morocco Medinas: There will be a few meat shops along the way. So just be mentally prepared. Very normal for accommodations in the medina area.
Not a major one but could be impactful for someone staying for more than one night. The bathroom water drainage path wasn’t designed properly and the water entered the bedroom area as the bathroom was elevated compared to the bedroom.

The interior garden. Breakfast was scrumptious. Ashraf was very nice. Refrigerator in room.
Bathroom was teeny tiny. Room way too small. Only one outlet for charging phone. It was located in the bathroom

The younger man who served us on the second day (with the glasses) was incredibly sweet! He even offered to wake up earlier to serve us breakfast before the usual time, since we had to leave very early for an excursion. He offered us teas by the swimming pool. He was so thoughtful and helpful — I only wish I had been able to thank him properly!

Great location in the Medina. Very friendly staff, breakfast is very complete. The rooms are comfortable with good shower and airconditioning. The pool was a welcome cool down during a warm afternoon. Parking is nearby, just 3 mins walk.
As there were young kids, the noise is very well heard bouncing on the walls. Not much you can do about it though.

Good for taxi 4 train station early next morning. Walkable for Gueliz ( lot of traffic) and already in Medina.

Both dinner and breakfast were really good, the best food I had in Morocco. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
