The authentic atmosphere and environment ; great to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh for a couple of days. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the dinner at the Riad was exceptional in taste and value for money.

We arrived and had arranged a transfer from the airport and dinner when we got to the hotel. It was the best meal we had in Marrakech and the staff was so helpful and accommodating and friendly and kind. 10/10 would go back again. Staying in the medina is a must and the location is a couple minute walk away from the main entrance. We walked to the jardin Marjorelle and ysl museum in 10-15 minutes easily.
PeOple with young children stay in on the bottom floor let their toddlers out early and let them run around being loud. Not a reflection of the hotel but the noise does travel.

Khalil was the best host weve ever hard!!!!!!! Hard working guy, always there for u too help. Even during the earth quake he was calm and SO HELPFUL!!! He made us feel at home, nothing was too much for him!
The other host, Ahmed, was not so nice. When u ask him something his respons is not helpfull and not intrested. He might be better off with a job that has nothing to do with hospitality.

I was in Chambre du Pacha - a lovely room overlooking the main courtyard & pool. Location was perfect for Jardin Majorelle & YSL museum.
Instructions to get to the Riad - I didn't realise that there was no taxi access to the front door, so with me speaking very little Arabic I thought I was being dropped in the wrong place by the taxi. I didn't have phone access so couldn't ring Riad to confirm or get more clear instructions on the day.

Hamid was a great host. The information was available from the begining and they make you feel at home at all times. They picked us up from the AirPort (I recommend this if youre new to Marrakesh). The Riad is very cute, and people are respectful and silent.

I liked the roof garden area & the cool courtyard

The staff is the best, they are so helpful and friendly, they make you feel very welcome and make you feel like home. The atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly, perfectly located as well. We definitely will come back.

The property is perfectly located in the city to visit the Medina itself and the new city. Everything you need is very near and in a span of just 15-20 minutes walk.
The room we had was a bit small, but nothing that is not adaptable. And if you need more space just pay a bit more and buy a bigger room.

Wonderful
Nice and cosy riad inside the medina. When stepping outside the small door you are in the middle of all the buzz of Marrakech. About 700 mts walk to the first souk which leads you straight to the big square.
They had some issues with the pool so on the 2nd day there was no more water in the pool
