This was the best place we stayed in all of Morocco. It was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were all wonderful. Everything in the room worked well, including the air conditioner. Their food is excellent too!
They can arrange transport to/from airport and train as well. When you first arrive, have them meet you at the road and walk you in. They are located in the Medina which has some turns and such to reach the riad, and it is easy to learn the route if you make mental notes the first time. We liked the location because it is in the large market and made it easy to shop then return to riad to rest.
It was also spotless clean and has a great rooftop terrace where you can look out on the city. We would definitely stay here again!

There was a little surprise to me at first, which I’ll explain later, but once this was overcome, everything was fantastic!
The location is in the middle of the souk, 5 minutes walking to Jeema el-Fnaa. It’s possible to walk to all the major attractions while discovering the narrow streets of the souks and getting immersed in all Marrakech colors, scents and energy!
Our main host, Jamal was very attentive, helpful and super friendly! Ali was also great!
Our room was very spacious and had 2 private outdoor areas! Fantastic!
We also had hamman and massage at the Riad. After comparing multiple places, the prices were inline with others and - trust me - you will want to do your hamman wherever you’re staying, so you can leave it wearing robes and continue to relax in your room immediately after!
The surprise ended up being one of the best features of this Riad: it’s nested in the core of the Medina, so taxis don’t reach the door of the Riad, you must walk with your bags through the souk, and at certain times through Jeema el-Fnaa. Then through narrow alleys, until you find this “oasis” behind a wonderful door!

The upselling of a bland and unfulfilling breakfast where they ask is 8€ for a basic omelette.
The up charge airport transfer.

Exceptional Riad and very welcoming staff. Perfect location, well within the Medina and near to the markets but is an oasis of calm away from the busy streets. There is a terrace to relax too.
They arranged taxis for us and a member of staff accompanied us to the nearby street where the taxis could make it.
The rooms are well equipped, clean, has modern bathroom and good wifi throughout the Riad.
The staff members are really friendly, smiling and welcoming always and checking-in to see if we needed anything.
Nothing major but if I were to point out something then the breakfast is quite basic and mostly rather sweet, so we paid to add fried eggs (60 Dirhams per portion) to our breakfast. Found it a little odd that we had to pay for eggs for breakfast and not a small amount either.

Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. So welcoming. Good central location - can be difficult to get your bearings in the medina but we were met and guided when we arrived.

Cons:
1. Breakfast they serve is pure sugars, only sugars in different forms. When we requested some eggs they said no worries but you have to pay extra. We did but that's not really nice when you have breakfast included.
2. We were in the room on the rooftop (by our request) and the worst thing about it was the noise all around. Like I truly think these walls are made of styrofoam. People who were going on and off the rooftop were constantly making lots of noise because the stairs are glued to the room.
3. AC was making some really annoying noise as well hence we couldn't use it and decided its better to just sweat.
4. You can't pay with a card, they only accept cash, I mean it's 21 century, not the 16th..
5. You can't eat there unless you order food days prior the lunch/dinner, like come on..
Pros:
1. The staff is really nice, friendly, smiley and helpful!
2. The whole Riad is well maintained regarding cleanliness
3. Location was amazing, however getting there ain't no easy job

Great hospitality from Ali and team. Very attentive without being overwhelming. Thank you:) would recommend to couples only as quite intimate and resounding throughout as is like all Riad stays, centred around a communal courtyard so noises carry hence best for couples rather than families with children. Hammam and spa very authentic and superb if you want the real deal.

Beautifully decorated boutique Hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly. Really enjoyed the rooftop areas with the different sitting options. The rooms are on the smaller side. I definitely recommend to Hamman and Spa. It was a great experience.

Everything - the very central yet incredibly quiet location tucked away in the medina (the first time you go there, you feel like you might not be on the right way due to the narrow alley (see photo)), the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, the beautifully decorated and comfortable room, the tasty breakfast, the good wifi connection, and the lovely courtyard and rooftop spaces.

The staff can't do enough to help and assist you with every aspect of your stay and are so friendly with perfect English and French!
Online and what's app commination fast and helpful.
The rooms are super clean and very comfortable, aircon very cooling.
The rooftop area is a great place to relax.
Breakfast is varied and very fresh and tasty!
The Riad is situated smack bang i the middle of the souk just minutes from the main madina.
Could do with refreshment/bar area on rooftop. Better singing for Riad out on main street.
Dip pool could be heated in winter months and have more lounge chairs around it, not just bistro tables.
