The Riad was perfect. It was very close to the city center, you can easily walk everywhere. But the area is calm, so there are no disturbing noises during the nights. The rooms are beautifully furnished. But the best is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful, you instantly feel at home. I would recommend the Riad to everyone and would always come back.

Location was not what we expected. The Riad is located down many alleyways, final alleyway to Riad door covered in animal faeces and a terrible smell. The continental breakfast was extremely poor , noting like the photo on the website suggests, 1 overripe banana was the fruit offered. We didnt stay for breakfast after the first morning. The bed room was dark with no windows. The Riad is very tired looking, it needs an uplift, the photos on the website very deceiving. It is overpriced for the facilities you can use.Nobody spoke English.

Djemanna Riad is a gorgeous little sanctuary amidst the bustle of Marrakech. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and were only too happy to advise on attractions, provide directions and cater for any special requests. We enjoyed a fantastic tangea dinner on our last evening, lovingly prepared over several hours - highly recommend. The breeze from the lovely terrace was a welcome antidote to the relentless souks. A special mention for the wonderful architecture & cornices in the rooms and throughout - exquisite.

Beautiful Riad in the middle of Marrakech with an lovely roof terrace and very helpful staff. It's just a few minutes to the Souks and the Djemma el Fna, but the Riad itself is very quiet. The breakfast is really good. The next time I'm in Marrakech, I will definitely come here again.

A cute riad within the Medina - a stonethrow away from the souk. A quiet oasis from the huzzle and buzzle of the city.

It was a pleasant stay - the staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially Mr Hassan! Booking excursions / taxis was easy through the Riad and they even collected us from the dropoff point on our first arrival.p
Our only complaint would be that the WiFi did not work in our room so we had to be in the reception to use, at which point it was very fast and reliable - this may only be an issue with our room as we were far away from the reception.

Lovely Riad with very genuine staff who did everything in their power to ensure we had an enjoyable time in Marrakech. We originally booked for 3 nights but stayed much longer as we liked it so much. They also organised a couple of trips for us outside of Marrakech. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a Riad in a great location with a family atmosphere and caring staff.

This place is nicely located in the old city, close to the markets and walking distance to main attractions. It is very nicely presented and maintained to give you the riad experience. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, however Hassan, the receptionist/helper overcame all expectations. I have never met someone so humble and hard working, deserves all respect and admiration. Rooms are nice and breakfast is typical for the area, made fresh and with good coffee
It would be great if the breakfast would offer a bit more options :)

The staff are wonderful, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The Riad itself has lovely architectural features and a nice roof terrace. The location is handy for taxis (we mostly walked everywhere), some nice local restaurants/cafes and its an easy walk to the souk and central square.
I ate too much at breakfast!

We liked staying here because it was very centrally located and felt like a very authentic Riad - it has a beautiful lobby/entrance and the rooftop is pretty nice too. The staff was also really kind and would go out of their way to greet us, help us such as serving us breakfast early, ironing our clothes etc.
We didnt like our room, in particular the bathroom. The shower head had to be held while showering which made it difficult to shower - we tried asking one of the workers for help but he forgot. And the sink would fill up with water fast and not drain and it was hard to even turn the faucets on and off because of the close proximity to the wall. We also got charged with some extra fees at the end like for water bottles which I feel shouldve been included in the stay (its a basic necessity).
