The kindness and communication were everything. They helped me out so much, got back to me instantly and helped with my car and luggage transport into the Medina, trust me, you need that. They went out of their way with kindness, I even got up super late one morning 11:30am and they still cooked me a full breakfast. My flight was delayed overnight and they still kept my room for me, they Helped me find places, extended my stay, fixed my return home and even printed my boarding pass, because you have to have a printed one and I didn't know that. Service was everything. They also set me up with a private hamman scrub and massage upstairs on the rooftop. I will forever praise this place as a single solo female traveler. Oh they also have someone at the front desk 24hrs. The rooms are huge with high ceilings, bed is king and comfortable, they have air conditioning and most important good WiFi. Water pressure strong and hot hot water. I mean 7 star service. I felt so comfortable and safe and it's literally 30feet from the main square, yet somehow quite in your room.
They don't have a pool, but they have a super nice rooftop

Our stay here was lovely. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.
Overall the stay was great, but the beds were a little bit hard.

Breakfast very good, classic French-Moroccan sweet form.
Wonderful owners, service at the highest level.
Location very good, Medina and most of Marrakesh within walking distance.
I recommend this place also if someone likes SPA, massage girls are brilliant.

Small cozy riad with lovely home atmosphere .Great location, close to main square, but very quiet place. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and hospitable , provided us with everything we wanted : transfers, any time breakfast, all useful information, map, etc. Huge thanks to Abdul and Samira for your attention and help! Great value for money!
The ventilation in the bathroom was a bit weak and the heated towel rail didn't work, but it wasn't a big problem

From the moment we walked through the door, we could tell we had chosen the perfect Riad. Abdul welcomed us warmly and served us tea while checking us in. After a long night waiting for a delayed flight it was just the right touch to soothe us for sleep. In the morning we met Samira, what a delightful soul. A musical voice and a ready laugh like a tinkling bell. Both were gentle, caring and, oh so helpful. They are ready and able to arrange any guides, spa visits, and recommend the best local shops and eateries. The Riad is located close enough to the Jemma el-Fnaa that there was no fear of getting lost, but far enough away that the nights were quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The decor was elegant and luxurious, sitting in the lounge at the end of the day was a highlight. I would highly recommend Riad Des Nations to anyone visiting Marrakech. It was certainly the highlight of our trip.
There is nothing to not like. It was perfect.

The room was spacious and very clean, the staff couldn't be more helpful with everything and the location was perfect. Great place to explore Marrakech.
There was a bit of noise coming from the street at night, even with the windows closed, but it was not too much, considering the proximity to Jemaa el Fnaa, so not a major problem.

Great location, close to Djemaa el fna but in a quiet street. Gorgeous rooftop terrace where you can relax during the day.
Soundproofing is not great but it is a Riad so you we hear your neighbors. Towels would need replacing as they have seen better days. Carpets in the room were not really clean. Room was on the simpler side and a bit dated.
