Authentic experience in the middle of the quiet street in central part of old town. The Riad was beautiful and the staff members were kind and welcoming. The food prepared at the restaurant for dinner was very delicious as well.
One of the receptionist behaved inappropriately, was lightly flirting with my partner and asked her personal information while they were alone, she felt unsafe and left. My partner didn't want to spoil our trip and told me this only after we left the country. I find this unprofessional.

Abdul was very friendly and helpful. The architecture, decor and ambience were charming and magical. The room was quiet, comfortable and full of Moroccan charm. The bed was large and very comfy. The staff are all exceptional, kind, friendly, helpful. Great location too. The tea and cookies when we arrived was a gracious and thoughtful gesture of hospitality.

All the staff made our stay very special. We felt at home whilst being spoilt. The breakfast was varied each day, we stayed there for a week. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in Marrakech again.

We loved our stay at Belle Epoque. The staff were amazing - so helpful and kind. We added on a couple of days to our stay and they made such an effort to accommodate us. We had the Coco Chanel room which is so beautifully decorated. Loved all the art deco pieces and the photo's. Breakfast was good with different local dishes as well as continental. Easy to access all the sights of Marrakech with taxis available seconds away and so close to the souks! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The plunge pool was great after a day in the heat. Very cooling.

The entire staff was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty in every single aspect of their hospitality. Abdelhak, Nourdidne & Youssef (front desk), Fatima (kitchen), and Khadija & Zoubida (Housekeeping) were amazing, superb and exceptional. They made us feel home away from home, like we were part of a family, not just guests.

Breakfast was very different from usual buffet tabes in big hotels- it was a nice experience like having breakfast at a good friend’s place ! It was awfully sweet for our European taste but hearty, different and served with great care and attention! The service in general was really great - guys at the front desk made us feel safe and well taken care of . As for the cleaning ladies - they were extremely caring and personal in their attitude with touching demonstration of attention to details . Fancy folding of towels may not be so unique but nicely folding up your laundry or bringing a dish with cutlery when they saw fruit in our room was really touching . And the personnel was literally invisible! Saying good buy to the hotel was heartbreaking.
It was different and atmospheric but somebody may miss a TV, the third towel or heated floors in the bathroom.
