Great room size with air conditioning. Friendly staff who offered to guide us to the medina center. Nice decoration. Good breakfast.
The location is a bit too far from the market and restaurants and the pillow was not comfortable.

I recently stayed at Riad Davia and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the riad was truly excellent. Habib, our host, was particularly outstanding in his hospitality and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing helpful tips and recommendations. The rooms were also excellent, offering a comfortable and clean environment. I highly recommend Riad Davia for its exceptional staff, great host, and wonderful accommodations.

Habib (owner) is very Nice always there for you (if you need recommendations, transport,etc) even gave us an upgrade. Riad very clean, authentic, peaceful and close to th center. Breakfast was very good and changed every day. The staff in the Riad are very friendly and we felt very safe even though we were 2 girls. If you go to Marrakesh, this is a must book

Beautiful place, easy to find, rooms are relaxing, it's very quite and charming. BUT the best part of this hotel is the owner Habib, an absolute amazing, charismatic and most important - very, very helpful in ALL your needs. When I had to check-out, or find a better transportation method, or a small guide, information or just a casual talk in a great company, Habib was always there. He also took care of my trip which was 5 hours ride to a different location. I had moments of being lost or unsure on which route, driver, transport to take, Habib was always on call and ready to help and adapt to my situation, up until I reached destination. There's about 1 out of 1000 chances a hotel owner will take care about you or your group after you checked out like he did with me, so it was truly amazing and grateful experience. Visit this place, meet the owner and staff, you will not regret it.

Our stay at Riad Davia was amazing! Habib is a wonderful, outstanding, helpful host. He arranged a pickup from the airport, sat us down at arrival with mint tea and an explanation of the map of Marrakech and did many other kind things for us. He was always there to open and close the front door to us, to give tips etc etc. The riad itself is a calm oasis, looks like an arabian palace and is cleaned everyday. The ladies who work there are very kind and make a nice breakfast every morning with different kinds of food. The riad is located in a bit more of a local part of the city and you can walk into the centre of Marrakech, which gave us a nice real view of the city. Altogether, it was a perfect stay that made us feel comfortable in an overwhelming city.

Habib and the ladies were absolutely amazing! They were all so very kind and always available for us no matter when no matter what time.
The ladies prepared breakfast at what ever time we would wake up and Habib made sure all things went smoothly (finding cars, recommending restaurants, giving directions, preparing the pick up service from and to the airport).

In all honesty, I loved my stay at this Riad. The communal area is minimal decorated and spacious. You're welcomed by your host Habib who was brilliant. He welcomed us with some morrocan tea, gave us a map and showed us how to move around town. He then led us to our room which was very intimate.
Room: The room perfect sized for two people, large comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. Air conditioning worked like clockwork. Hot and col water in the bath did not disappoint one bit. Our room overlooked the communal area which was so peaceful. It honestly takes u away from the hustle and bustle of the medina.
Location: The location was perfect, it is right in the centre and not hard to find from the main road. Staying here saves you a lot of money on transport as most things are pretty much a small walk away.
Breakfast: we enjoyed the breakfast. It wasn't your typical buffet but they serve you enough to last you until late afternoon.
In all honesty there's isn't anything I didn't like about my stay in this Riad. I've seen comments on people saying it is hard to find and all but google maps helps big time. It takes you right in from of it no matter where you are. Outside the Riad is the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and some may not like it but this is Africa and all of this is part of the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed it all as it takes you away from yout comfort zone.

the staff! Abdul Rahman and Zainab were so friendly, allowing us to store things in the fridge as my friend has food allergies. Zainabs cooking is amazing, and thats not an understatement, dont bother with the restaurants at all

Lovely accommodation, just like the photos. Staff were super helpful and friendly, very relaxed atmosphere and 15 minute walk to main square. Loved our bedroom and bathroom, very nice. Habib was on hand to help us with anything we needed, and helped us to organise a trip to the mountains, a hammam and dinner at the riad.
