Amazing staff; we mostly dealt with Jamaal and he is a gem of a guy. He took care of all our requirements and would often check with us if we needed anything; his mint Tea is out of the world.
The Riad itself is located in a quiet alley, under 10 mins walk from Jemma - el- fenna, allowing us to be out and about till quite late at night.
We arrived late and a very tasty meal was ready, for us.
Taxi to and from the airport was arranged by the Riad, which although expensive, was worth the money.
Absolutely loved our stay.
We interacted with a few other staff and they all were very helpful and courteous.

Beautiful stay near medina, easy to find. Loved the riad, the room and staff. Just few rooms, quiet oasis after busy day. Our deluxe room was super nice and decorated with very good taste. Breakfast with coffee, tea, moroccoan pancakes, jam, cream cheese and yoghurt. Staff was friendly.
Missed some bread in the morning. Rest was perfect.

Riad Sheba was such a great place to stay in Marrakech. We had lunch with them that was a bit expensive (21 euros each) but completely worth it for the relaxed and private dining experience. The room was so comfortable and cleancant take super long showers but short ones spaces apart seemed to work okay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They provided service 24 hours a day and helped us with directions, showed us the best currency exchange place and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Great location, not too hard to find. I would chose to stay there again.
It would be great to have hot water for longer but this was so minor compared to the rest of our stay.

Great staff, Jamel and Fatima were so nice, great and helpful. They gave great recommendations for things to do and breakfast is very tasty.. The riad is in a great location too! Will be back :)

The Riad was pretty and very clean. The staff were very accommodating and flexible with our timings including when going for activities. We felt very safe despite being very central location. Perfect location to access the main Souks, few minutes walking distance.

Fantastic location (very central on a busy road) but it was amazing how quiet it was inside Riad Sheba. The building was beautiful. The staff were all so lovely and very friendly. They were very helpful giving us recommendations and helping with booking transfers etc. they were also very responsive ahead of the trip via email. The breakfast was great. Excellent value for money. We were a group of 3 and stayed in the Fez room which had a double and sofa bed - all very comfortable.
No negatives.

Great location, clean, quiet, nice staff.
Was hoping for hot water in the hot tub but it was cold water. It was a little difficult to get early breakfast (before 8:00). Only the night man was here to prepare. May be because of the off season.

Great staff; very kind, always trying to anticipate our needs. Rich and tasty breakfast; you can also ask to have a dinner there and the food is really excellent. Vey good position, 5 minutes walk from the main square and Souks.
