would not stay here again
unprofessional staff and manager. very awkward and would pretend to not speak English when asked for help. the electricity stoppped working in the room one night which was awful for us and they did not do much to help. really big waste of money here. the manager keeps bookings open online even when the Riad is full to collect more money (this is the words of the staff). would not stay here again at all.

Ahmed and Fatima were wonderful. Welcoming, friendly and helped with everything from recommending restaurants to hamams and shops to arranging taxis and bookings etc.
The decor is ok but workmanship could be better. It could have been because of refurbishing quickly following the earthquake but seemed a bit slapdash.

This riad was amazing, located right in the centre of the city making it so convenient and perfect for going anywhere you like. Travelling as two young girls we felt very very safe and the owner Ahmed was so lovely he helped us in every way he could and went above and beyond to make our stay good. The rooms were really big and clean with en-suite showers and locks for the door. Breakfast was beautiful by the pool every morning with lots to eat and fresh juice, perfect for the heat. Everything about this place was amazing, genuinely couldnt fault anything it was perfect, recommend to anyone travelling to Marrakesh and would definitely stay here again!!

Very near to the centre. And most of all, Ahmed was very kind and accommodating. He attended all our needs and requests especially the breakfast time even we need to asked him for an early breakfast because of the early tours we had.
Breakfast is good.
Reasonable price
Carpets on our room was a bit dusty but they clean the room everyday.
The A/C doesnt get too cold but overall stay was good because of the staff.
Highly recommended!

The whole place is incredible, it's so beautiful and actually incredibly quiet and peaceful once youre inside the Riad which was a surprise because the area is busy. The location is just the best with the markets surrounding you. The staff Ahmed and Fatima were so lovely. The pool is so refreshing. They made breakfast every morning and were really attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend.
The air conditioning took a while to cool the room down. I would suggest just leaving it on so it makes your room a comfortable temperature. It was really good once it got going

The location of the Riad is closed to all the attractions. Madame Fatima and Ahmad took such a good care of me. The room was spacious. Breakfasts were served next to the little pool every morning.
All round it was a very pleasant stay!
The shower can be improved as the water pressure is a bit low, but it did not bother me much

This Riad is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Quiet day and night. The patio for breakfast was so pretty and the upstairs sun terraces clean, comfortable and peaceful. By far the best asset of this establishment is Ahmed the Riad manager who was exceptional with his welcome, breakfasts outstanding, orange juice, coffee, mint tea, bread, butter, jam, honey, croissants, omlete, crepes all fabulous. Ahmed gave great advice on the area and always happy to help. He went out of his way to help us when we had a problem with a tour we had booked independently, ringing round to try and sort this out for us, even though it was nothing to do with him. Thank you Ahmed. The Riad is about 5-10 mins one way to the souks and squares and 5-10 mins the other way to the Mosque and square. Lots of eating places all around. It is possible to walk further out to the Saadian Tombs and Bahia Palace but taxi's are numerous and cheap. I would recommend this Riad without a doubt, a fantastic team Ahmed and the lovely Fatima.

Its a really nice, lovely restored Riad in the middle of the old town / medina of the city with only a few rooms. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in avery case. The breakfast is varied and more than enough and you can eat it right beside the pool in the little courtyard at the centre. The Riad has a very nice rooftop, devided in different parts with a great view over the town and space to have your pricacy.
Always if you come "home", you have to ring the bell for somebody will open you the door. Especially if you come a bit more late at night it makes a bad feeling, even if the staff is always friendly.

The location was excellent, we walked to everything. Incredibly peaceful and quiet once inside, hard to believe that it was in the center of everything. The pool was so refreshing in 30 degrees plus heat. Ahmed was a lovely host and provided a very filling breakfast. The lady who cleaned was all smiles and a delight to see every day.
