The staff were so kind. The room is comfortable. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was nice.
The location is not too good. I needed to walk 10 minutes to arrive at the square.

The staffs were amazing. They took care of us beyond our expectations. We will definitely come back in marrakech not just because of the beautiful places to go but because of the riad that we stayed at. They made our first travel as a couple more special and memorable. And if we are going to comeback again in the future well definitely get the same riad. thats why we are very greatful we booked this riad. We highly reccomend it.
It was a little bit hard to find on our first day. But it is easy to familiarise all the streets as day goes by. On our 4 days stay in marrakech we felt like we already know the city. And the staffs had been helpful. They tell you what to see and where to go.

Unfortunally I cancelled my Tryp to Marrakesh after the earthquake . The number of deaths from the earthquake was 2,901 and 5,530 injured. I send a message to the hotel asking to change the date and i dont get any reply . Very low comunication !!! In the same time i cancell a booking at the 2 Ciels boutique hotel and the cancell my reservation without any fee. After 2 days i got a message say that there are very busy with all messagesreceived but in the end the charge me and they dont give any possibility to change the date . the amount charged is ridiculous but I found very unprofessional on the part of the structure not to give the possibility of a change of date given the earthquake and don i answer to my message. I NEVER ASK FOR A REFUND ONLY TO CHANGE THE DATE . You go on holiday to relax and not with the fear of another earthquake. Yesterday a 4.6 magnitude earthquake hit Morocco again . I visit Marrakesh 3 time for years and definetly i will choose another hotel to stay Thanks again for be so unproffesional .

The place gave a real Moroccan vibe. The staff was super friendly and especially Yassine who gave us a lot of advice of places to visit and things to do and overall made our experience very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and different every day. The water feature was unique and gave a nice touch to the breakfast experience. The terrace was spacious and it nice for enjoying some evening tea. The room was clean, the place was newly renovated and felt safe also during the earthquake period. The hotel manager Simon was always available and responsive to messages for every concern. Overall we loved this place and can totally recommend.

Beautiful peaceful space right in the centre of Marrakech, central to a lot of the things tourists want to see, right beside Bahia Palace and across the road from Badi Palace. The staff were super helpful and couldnt have been more friendly! (Shout out to Yassine who was amazing!) Could not fault this accommodation, will definitely book again if Im coming back to Marrakech

The riad was a little hard to find but the hotel manager came out and found us and brought us back personally. He was always around when we needed him and very willing to help. The breakfast was freshly made and yummy. The location was great - right off the medina. Very quiet at night but close enough to walk to anything you would want.
It was hard to find the riad on our own but once we knew how to get there it was a breeze.

The property was cozy and clean
There was nothing not to like :). You can have a feeling of home once there. From the moment you step in you are welcomed with smiled (and some tea ). Yaseen and the owner were always available for whatever you need. They made us a delicious tagine when we arrived and always made sure our baby got everything he needed.
