Very Good
Breakfast was very limited and the same daily. The cook staff did what they could with that they had.
The furniture could use some update downstairs as well as the mold smell in the downstairs twin bedroom. Paint job & repair cracks. Ventilation needed in the bathroom.

Omar was a very pleasant guest.
The toilet smelled bad because of humidity. The sink was leaking. The price was too high for the quality of this riad in general. Also understaffed. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to open the front door.

Location was good breakfast simple but adequate also.Staff friendly and helpful.
When we arrived there had been damage to the room the night before from a rainstorm.The single bed had to be moved into the main area.There was no other room available and no contact made before we arrived to maybe cancel the reservation.This was ok but at no point was there an offer to maybe discount the room price or make other amends.Also Marrakesh in my view is completely overpriced.Its now as expensive as many countries in Europe which is ridiculous.Again its a case of killing the goose that laid the golden egg.

Excellent location, close to the main square. The staff was friendly and very attentive to us. The room was cleaned daily. A very beautiful hotel in Moroccan style. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

Staff were very lovely and helpful, we organised airport pick up and upon arriving to the riad we were given refreshments and talked over where hotel was and where to find everything. Breakfast was also nice, and the hotel was clean and great location.
The room was spacious and we had no issues. Highly recommend to stay here.

Amazing staff, wonderful hospitality, arranged a hammam for us and accommodated an out of hours breakfast request (thanks Omar!) would definitely recommend. It was a shame the pool wasn’t in use but they didn’t affect our enjoyment

Super location , compact, perfect base to explore the Medina
Throws and pillows could be upgraded
Tea/coffee in rooms would be nice however the staff were happy to serve tea whenever we were in the lobby so we didn’t really miss out!

It’s in a great position just far enough out to feel tranquil. The staff very extremely accommodating and Yassine in particular gave us so much helpful information and great tips to ensure we had a great time. Breakfast was continental as expected with fresh fruit and bread but also had the addition of freshly cooked pancakes or muffins and eggs each day.
The photos make the riad look bigger and more fancy than it is but we liked the fact that it was smaller, cosy, with everything we needed.

The staff were very good and helpful and dealt with our problems as well as they could given that the owner was not present. We stayed for 6 nights and asked to be moved after 3 because of noise. Yassine facilitated this and the top floor terrace room was great. But because of other bookings we had to return to our original room for the final night. The rooftop terrace was good for sitting out but the "pool" had no water in it yet even though the temperature was in mid 20s.
Our room on the ground floor was noisy. Partly with people above because you could hear them talking and moving about. Also, water waste from toilets above came down by the wall close to the bed and could be clearly heard. Overall not great for sleeping. The room was also cold and felt a little damp. Maybe not so much of a problem in summer but not ideal for February although there was a heater which helped. Overall the Riad could do with some redecoration and looked a bit dated and shabby in places.

The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful Breakfast was ok - bit modest really. And apart from different breads it was rather repetitive.
The Riad lacked plants and colourful tiles which are a feature of most Riads in this price range. That being said it was a pleasant environment. Could have provided umbrellas on the roof. Sun beds were fine.

Loved our stay in Marrakech! The staff were absolutely amazing—so accommodating and did everything we asked. The location was unbeatable, just 8 minute walk, right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredible, especially our host, who was such a genuinely nice guy. He was always available for any questions, gave us great recommendations, and even marked everything out for us on a map, which was so helpful. Breakfast was lovely, a great way to start the day before heading out. The team was also incredibly accommodating, doing everything we asked and even storing our bags for us after checkout.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!
The only downside was hearing a baby cry at night due to the courtyard layout, but that’s probably common in Riad accomdation. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
