The staff were really helpful and kind!they help us with the luggage when we had to leave and they take us from the airport.

Riad Dar el Masa was a great option to stay. The manager is one of the most attentive people Ive ever seen, and goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfort and enjoyable as possible. Upon arrival he sits you down and gives you a hand made map, where he explains everything about the city and gives you extremely helpful tips! It was really great and the location is a dream since its of walking distance to literally e everything. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received detailed information on how to get to and from souks and restaurants in the area. We had to leave earlier than breakfast in the morning, so they fixed an earlier breakfast just for us so we wouldnt have to go without. Above and beyond!

I spent hours reading reviews of Riads in Marrakesh, before I chose Riad Dar El Masa and it was the best decision. This Riad has an excellent location: walking distance from majority of the sightseeing points and even if you need to take a taxi - it is a 2 min walk to a small square where taxis are waiting. Very clean, spacious rooms (we had a double and a triple room, we were 3 adults and 3 children ), lovely breakfast with a different type of Maroccan bread each day. Riad is tastefully decorated. The staff is amazing and speaks fluent English. They organized for us a private transfer from Casablanca airport. What moved me, was that upon arrival we received maps and a 20 min introduction on how to navigate in Medina, what to see and how to get there, where to eat and how to bargain. Highly recommended!

We have been 4 days in this riad. All the people working in the riad are very friendly and you feel at home. breakfast, room are great. It is very well located in the medina.

The breakfast was really lovely, fresh fruit salad, orange juice, bread and pancakes, home made jam. The best thing about staying here was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They really made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble e.g when I had trouble charging my phone Yassine went out and bought me a new charger from somewhere nearby. They helped us decifer the map and recommended places to see and how to get there. The rooms were very comfortable.

The Riad is very nice and cozy. We particularly appreciated the calm and the silence reigning inside, despite the location in a very busy area. The Riad is perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, from which one can easily reach the main attractions and stroll around in the souk. The personnel is all fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. We've been welcomed with mint tea and cookies and Yassine has given us lots of great tips about where to go and not to go, as well as maps and advice not to get lost. Breakfast is also great. The last day we asked to have it on the terrasse and they arranged this for us.

We are very pleased with our stay in Riad DAR EL MASA. The location is the best possible, a few hundred meters from the Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, Souk's and important attractions, such as Bahia Palace or Medersa Ben Youssef. The Riad is beautiful and stylishly decorated. The owners and workers are very nice and hospitable. The Marrocan Guys are really helpful Everywhere clean and tidy. Fresh flowers in vases. A very tasty breakfast with local warm bread and pancakes. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a large elegant bathroom. I felt like a princess in a palace Thank you for everything!

Really friendly staff, good location of the riad in a relatively quiet and comfortable area of the Medina.

This is a small riad, but it is extremely clean and well maintained, and it is in an excellent location because the Main Square is just a 6-7 minute walk away, so you are close to the action. The riad is not accessible by cars due to its location in a tight lane, but Yassine, the manager, met us in the car park, which is just two minutes away. We were greeted at the riad with traditional mint tea and Moroccan biscuits. Yassine then took the time to discuss the positives and downsides of being in Marrakech and how to deal with them. Yassine provided us a map and explained must-see attractions, average fees, places to eat at and how to get there, which was quite useful. We booked their triple room since we were two adults and one teenager, which was ideal because it has a separate room for the third person, making the space roomy and not feeling cramped with three people in the same room. Breakfast was plentiful and included in the price. What makes it unique is the level of service offered by each member of staff, particularly both Yassine and the sweetest ladies working in the kitchen and housekeeping, who genuinely care about your stay.

The location looks very nice, and the staff is professional and helpful. They made our staying very comfortable. Yassine and his colleagues seem to be really experienced in this field of work. Also, I think this Riad provides all the utilities and servicies!that a tourist might need. Great position of the Riad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four day trip to Marrakech - what an experience and location! Yassine and his team at Riad Dar El Masa were very friendly, welcoming and hospitable, great hosts and perfect guides, nothing was too much trouble. We were provided with a map and instructions on how to get the best from our visits to the El Badi and Bahia Palaces/ Marrakesh Museum/ Ben Youssef Madrasa/ Secret Garden/ Souks/ Le Jardin Majorelle etc (all within walking distance), how to get about the Medina, and a list of recommended restaurants. Yassine organised a private day tour in the Atlas Mountains and the Ouzoud waterfalls for us with an English speaking driver and walking guide which was excellent and we learnt so much about the Moroccan culture, even visiting a traditional Berber house. We felt very safe and secure walking around, although the Medina can be a little overwhelming. The Souks are an experience, and bartering and contact with the merchants is not to be missed - they can really be quite hilarious! Once you get used to 'walking on the right' you'll be safe from the mopeds in the narrow streets (drivers of which are surprisingly calm and kind to each other and pedestrians!). I would definitely recommend this Riad for anyone wishing to have an authentic stay in Medina. It is beautifully and thoughtfully maintained and a little 'home from home' - can't beat the rooftop sunshine and watching the sunset over the Medina.

Away from the main road(less noise). Close to Bahia Palace and Badi Palace. Once found a taxi on the road near the riad (otherwise it's a 10 minutes dragging the luggage on the cobble stone path toward the main taxi area near Bahia Palace). Large shower. Clean, breakfast included (available in the terrace). Helpful, friendly staff (took the time to go over the details of Marrakech during check-in). Daily housekeeping.

The host were so helpful, they made us feel so welcomed and at home, Yassine explained the area, gave us hints on how to buy and price things. The location is just a few minutes' walk to the popular market Jamal el fina( you should visit that at night). I totally recommend this hotel. It has everything you need to make your stay wonderful, and the breakfast was top-notch. Thanks to the team, my friends and I really enjoyed ourselves.
