We loved this place. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The riad was so charming - from the courtyard to the roof. And our room clean and comfy and a great oasis from the bustle of the souks, not to mention the shower was hot with lots of pressure!

It’s a trip back in time with a traditional setup yet really chic and clean.
Adil was very nice and helpful.
It was around 10 minutes away from Sahet el Fenaa.
If you are ok to stay in alleys which is a normal thing being in the medina, then the property is great.

A hidden away oasis. Lovey room, roof top garden and staff. Adil especially went out of his way to ensure we were well catered for. For example, taking to our drivers on excursions.

Everything from pre-arranged airport transfer, location, staff, breakfast, roof top terrace was just perfect. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Very authentic which definitely adds to the experience.

We had such a lovely stay! All of the staff were so helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing and the location of the riad is perfect for exploring. Would 100% recommend a stay here - thank you!

The owner was extremely rude with me as well the staff. Small rooms. The near by Dar was 100 times better

Relatively easy to find and breakfast (5€) was nice. The manager helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport
We probably got the only un-airconed room in this Riad but it was confortable enough.

Great location, beautiful riad and helpful and nice staff. Breakfast was good when I was there to have it.
I had excursions on two days that I was there and had to leave VERY early in the am which meant I would miss breakfast that I had already paid for. I had requested an early morning cup of coffee and some bread and/or fruit to to grab before I left. I believe it got lost in the translation between staff as the next morning I had a hard time convincing the staff to get me some coffee and they wouldn't/couldn't get me anything else to take with me. Fortunately after pressing the fact a little harder for the next morning, I did get some coffee, fruit and pastry to eat before I left.

Tradiotional style and feeling through out the property. Quiet and cool at night. Rooftop balcony.
Hard to locate on arrival (if no mobile network available to contact host). Entrace is in the passage - check picture for reference.
