Wonderful
At your first visit to Riad you find surrounding very crowded and bit dirty. But when you entered inside it seems like an oasis on dessert. Jamal and rest of guys quite helpful. They will try to find answer to all your questions and feel yourself like at home
Internet connection was terrible especially on the evening when neighbours come to back

Friendly, helpful staff who met us with a pot of mint team and organised airport transfers and laundry for us. Good size room with comfortable bed, about 10 minutes walk from the main square.
The bathroom had seen better days, although it was perfectly functional.

All I can say is absolutely amazing. The Riad is stunning inside, hospitality amazing and breakfast perfect. Nothing was too much for the hosts. Shout out to Chipo who couldn't have been more welcoming when we arrived and kept everything on track through our stay.
There's a 3.5% charge for paying on card, it would have been helpful to know that before payment.

Two of the receptionists (Chipo and Jamal) were helpful and easy to communicate with. Property is nice. Location is also very good - close to the square.
There were some things that did not work - ex. our shower was broken and the jacuzzi could not be turned on. The food was okay.

Such a wonderful week spent at riad dama. The hosts Jamal and Chipo were always there to help with any advice and recommended the best locations. They were attentive without being over baring, and are true advocates for the Riad. We would happily return knowing they would be here to host us again. We had the most relaxing massage on the final day and wished it would never end, thanks to Melaka and Hamsa! Cant wait to come back!
The housekeepers didnt make up our room for the last 2 days which was a shame.

Jamal and Chipo provided amazing service, the riad is nicely decorated and clean, the service and the friendless of the staff stands out. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great you can walk to all the main points of interest. Highly recommended.

A great Riad with very good service. A good location near the Medina but still near parking locations. Good breakfast which changes each day. The staff is very helpfull and kind. All in all a great stay.

we had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and peaceful Riad, which boasts a wonderfully convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. I would love to return in the future and have the opportunity to see Jamal and Chipo again. Their exceptional service truly left a lasting impression.

I was visiting the riad during the earthquake. The staff made me feel really safe and did everything, despite the terrible things happening, to make me feel comfortable. After the earthquake they checked daily if everyone was okay, and did everything in their power to help others. After the earthquake i suffered from illness of the stomach which made me faint and made me fall on my head. Chipo went out of his way to help me, and drove to the pharmacy in the middle of the night to get me medicine to feel better. A very special thanks to him, i will forever be grateful. Enjoyed the lovely breakfasts, beautiful room and the perfect jacuzzi. Thank you to Jamal and Chipo for another special stay and for all the kindness, they are very warm and good hearted people. This was not my first and will not be my last visit. Thank you and see you soon :-) (ps: This riad is very safe also after the earthquake, and is safe to visit!!)

The staff were so kind a helpful. We were staying there when the earthquake came and the owner Jamal made sure we were safe. When our activities were canceled in the mountains, he helped us find other things to do.
The rooms were a bit small for three people and the beds were not very comfortable. We extended our stay and needed to move rooms and the room on the roof had a bathroom that had a weird smell.

The staff were very helpful. The room was lovely and clean, it was cleaned everyday and towels were replaced. We received a wonderful breakfast every morning. The hotel helped us get airport transfers and taxis, and they gave us advice on activities to do in the city. We would definitely recommend this Riad.

Staff were Fantastic and the Riad was a nice place of sanctuary too escape the mayhem of the medina.
Pillows could've been more comfortable and the aircon never got cool enough for my personal preference but that may be because it was a hot time of year and the ceilings were tall.
