Very Good
The location of the Riad is very good! You can walk to all major sights within the Medina. The owner and staff are very friendly and even offered to wash our clothes after we came back from a quad tour in the desert. They organised Hamam for us and have us a general overview of things to do in the city upon arrival.
The rooms are quite noisy, so when people are talking in the hall it is quite loud. However, I think this is quite normal for a Riad, as they are generally build this way.

Really beautiful property. Rooms are lovely and seating areas very relaxing. Even though its a central location to markers ect, its so peaceful.
Most of all though the staff were so helpful and friendly. Always makes it a much nicer stay. Would recommend

Had a wonderful 4-night stay at Riad Dabachi. It is located in the heart of the medina and 5 min walk from Jemaa el Fnaa which is great. At the same time, once you step inside the Riad, it feels so quiet, peaceful and private. The whole Riad is decorated so tastefully, our bedroom (the yellow one) was one of the most beautiful rooms we've ever stayed in - the wall decoration above the bed is mental. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable. The terrace was great to hang out on. And staff were very kind. Would definitely recommend this Riad!
The main street you need to walk down to access the Riad can get extremely busy which can be tricky when you have luggage as the Riad cannot be accessed by car, but the side street that the Riad is located on is very quiet. Ultimately, this is to be expected if you want to stay in the centre of the medina.

Room cleanliness, fluffy pillows, great bedding, great location. Lovely big bathroom and very comfortable Riad where you felt very welcome.
Team friendliness. Delicious breakfast. Close to the square and Soukhs and easy enough to get around.
Fast WiFi too! Really was surprised about this but April 2024 I guess feedback has been listened to

Everything was magnifique, the riad is gorgeous, rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Zohra, she gave us a lot of attention. Overall I really recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Dabachi. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Location is also perfect, although it's so close to the center, restaurants, etc, in the Riad it's very quite and peaceful. We also felt safe walking back in the evening. Breakfast was also really good.

Couldnt have asked for a better stay!!!! We were welcomed by our wonderful host, Ibrahim. We had not been to Morocco before, so he took the time to tell us about Marrakech what we should go to see and do while we sipped on delicious Moroccan Tea together. He honestly couldnt have done more for us throughout the stay, and he truly made us feel like family! The riad was immaculate, not a thing out of place! Couldnt hear a sound even though we were so close to all the busy streets. A very traditional yet modern feel in the riad, exactly what we wished for. All of the modern comforts worked without fail wifi, hair dryers, electrical plugs, hot water etc. We had a very early morning trip booked and Ibrahim organised and accommodated an early breakfast for us, everything was delicious! We cant wait to return to Riad Dabachi. Thank you again for having us!

Everything was perfect. Our hosts were attentive and nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and helpful.
Our room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Transfers were easily arranged and on time.

Really nice Riad with a great location in the Medina. Close to the main square and all the attractions while still being quiet at night. The best part was definitely the staff, who provided excellent service and gave great guidance on Marrakesh.
