I cannot begin to say how fantastic this place is! Soulaimane, Younes and Smail were so attentive, warm, caring and kind and supported by a wonderful team that made the entire experience very special. As for the actual accommodation as we arrived a day earlier than originally planned I had the experience of 2 suites a single bedroom (Bahia) before moving into the (only) two bedroom suite (El Bacha). Both were incredibly luxurious and after a big day of sight-seeing it was great to collapse into such a comfortable bed! Additionally, the included breakfasts were extremely good and at your request they can also provide a delicious 3 course traditional Moroccan dinner, which I can highly recommend (although unfortunately rain on that day meant that we couldn't make use of the rooftop to dine) Thank you very much and hopefully my travels will take me back there soon!
There is nothing that I didn't like!

The staff were exceptionally kind and hospitable. The decor was lovely. We found the location to be very convenient. I would love to return!
I found the large square pillows on the bed to be hard on my neck; even the smaller ones seemed too firm for me to adjust comfortably. Also, perhaps it was due to the season we were there, but I would have loved to have more fruit in the mornings.

Everything was perfect. The riad is beatiful, very clean, great breakfast and the staff is very attentive and friendly.
The terrace is a great area where to spend some time relaxing after a busy day.
Beds super comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. I felt like a queen!

Top class riad, had dinner on the roof terrace which was very good. Very welcoming staff who looked after my needs constantly, 5 Star customer care at this Riad that has a feel of a top class boutique hotel. Thanks guys!
A little difficult to find as the entrances is down a side alley.

First and foremost the service at La Claire was outstanding, we can not recommend any improvements. Whilst being nestled in the medina the tranquility within the Riad is a real bonus. The quality of the breakfast and dinner we took far exceeded expectations.
The only recommendation I can make, and this isn't a criticism is whether you can provide more flexibility around booking for the dinner. Booking for dinner is required in the morning of the dinner required, we arrived early evening and an option for a light dinner would have been very welcome. This is even more relevant because the dinner we did have at the Riad was a highlight of the stay. It was effectively private dining on a rooftop in the Medina.

Soulimaine and Younes were amazing. Very accommodating. No complaints about the riad.
*Tip: Be sure to communicate with La Claire Fontaine prior to arriving to have them meet you and bring you to the riad to avoid taking your chance on a taxi not taking you to the closest entrance to the medina and having to walk through the streets with your luggage and street hecklers trying to give you incorrect directions.

The hotel was super clean, and the design and facilities were great.
The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel is not accessible by vehicle, the streets are narrow, and for a woman solo traveller, I would not recommend wondering aline at night. The fact that a taxi can not leave you at the door limited me to only being back to the hotel before nighttime.
