It was very pretty, the team were excellent and couldnt do enough for us to ensure we had a fabulous stay. Breakfast is amazing, local breads, pancakes, eggs with as much tea as you can drink. The place is slightly rustic in the rooms but we found it great value for money.
The location is great, however it is tricky to find, we organised our transfers from the airport and that made them seamless, therefore I would recommend.

Our first time in a Riad. It felt like we were staying with family. They attended to our every request including early coffee on the terrace. Good location, a 6 min walk from the car drop off area. Right in the heart of all the action of the Medina

Brahim, Zahra and co. were the most hospitable, warm, and caring staff at the property- ever ready to serve us with a smile and promptness. We went in shoulder season so we had the entire riad to ourselves, and that also meant the staff's full attention! :) This is so close to the main roads, especially Rue Mouassine which was beautiful and still has my heart! Eating out wise the options around are Le Jardin, Kui Zin, Soul, and plenty cute coffee shops and the likes. We found hidden treasures - such as, a lovely artisanal shop where mirror craft was being created right there, a lovely shop down the road from Soul restaurant which had the best raffia wares, and many more very reasonably priced shops compared to the main souks. The breakfast was quite elaborate with eggs and toast with coffee with an additional offering of some traditional eats like msemen, beghrir etc also on the menu. Brahim and co. were quick to arrange for cabs/ guides suited to our timings and budget.
The lane does have a lot of cats - so cat piss is a constant smell of the 'hood, but well, carry mint or just cover up your nose!

We booked last-minute after a scam on Airbnb and found this lovely place with amazing staff. We came late so were moved to a sister riad, part of the same group just at 50mts (riad spice). It was amazing!
So clean, luxurious, heart warming.
Staff always kind and helpful in every thing, lovely pool, comfy beds and sheets, delicious breakfast.
It was in a perfect spot of the medina, you went out and were close to the jardin secret and a few minutes walk to place des epices and place jaam el fna and so many nice places to eat in the nearby. Felt super safe. Call them to ask for the pick up and avoid scams of the medina.
Thank you to the whole staff of Marrakech riad, weve been to other places on Morocco but this spot was really one of the best ones!

We liked everything about the place. An Oasis amongst the tight and crowded streets of the Souk area within the Medina. There were three staff members, and all were delightful. A massive thank you to Zakaria, our host. A lovely young guy who went over and beyond his duties in assisting us during our stay. This was service at its best.

The staff was soooo helpfull and kind.
The room was beautifull.
They offer you if you want a traditional Tajine on arrival, it is very good, much better then is other tourist restaurant traps.
You cand book different tours with them also.
Delicious breakfast.
The pool is deep and refreshing.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but worked efficiently

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Riad and cannot speak highly enough of the young gent who took care of everything for us. Nothing was too much trouble, from organizing tours and taxis, to keeping us supplied with water and offering recommendations.
The riad is right in the thick of the Medina. Using the GPS app provided by the riad was an absolute god send! Wed have been total lost without it literally! The Ben Yousef school is an absolute must see and is only a few short minutes walk away.
We were a little disappointed that the plunge pool on the roof terrace wasnt filled. It wouldve been perfect to take a dip after long days site seeing in 37 degrees heat :(
Although theres nothing particularly wrong with the riad, we felt it was a little tired and didnt quite live up to the published photos.

beautiful riad with the convenience of being located within the medina but down a small alleyway which was a welcome relief from the chaos. our host Maxim was so welcoming and very helpful for any questions and recommendations
the breakfast was continental and lovely, but would have loved to have some local Moroccan foods as well
