The Riad was great! The staff is nice and the room was really luxurious with lovely beds and good air conditioning! The breakfast was always nice and enough! And the pool is a nice place to relax. The riad is a bit further from the center but we didn't mind.

Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Always went above and beyond, able to reach a staff member on text message whenever we needed them. Everywhere felt very clean, they clean your bedrooms everyday. Quiet location away from the busy centre but close enough to walk in.
Beds a bit hard. Breakfast quite small.

Noise from nearby rooms especially loud water drainage early in morning and noise from other travellers late at night on the stairwell near rooms.

The accommodation was really nice and the hosts were really friendly and helpful.
The location was pretty far from the center of the medina. Around 30/40 minutes walk. It was doable with the Indrive app.

The property was absolutely beautiful, like a little oasis. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing place. The staff were all incredible, so helpful, friendly and informative about the area. Amazing breakfast every morning provided by the lovely ladies in the kitchen. Special thanks to Said, Farouk and Abdl, who were all brilliant and helped make our stay extra special.

It’s absolutely gorgeous and a real oasis from the mayhem of the medina
It’s at the northern edge of the medina so can be more quiet than central parts when going home late at night

The staff were simply amazing. Absolutely every one of them made us feel welcome, took the time to tell us about the city and how to get around. Always friendly, approachable, and there to help.
The Riad was on the outskirts of the Medina, but not too far from anywhere. Once we walked a couple of times, we knew our way.
The room was comfortable too.
We only wish it was a little warmer so we could have taken full advantage of the pool!
We were thankful to have our transport from the hotel arranged by them for ease and comfort, but getting a taxi wouldn't have been too confusing with the help of your maps app.
Although not a problem for us, the area around the Riad could be uncomfortable for some. It's quiet. But perfectly safe.

The bathroom was lovely (although drainage was an issue), the common areas and breakfast were great too. We got the room on half price so the value was decent.
There were no windows in our bedroom and pretty awful lighting in the room. When requesting a change of room we were told we got the best room in the riad, which was naturally not the case. The location is north of the main centre so 20-30min walk to the main square and at night the area around the riad can be shady when trying to hail a cab.

The courtyard was beautiful with a pool in the centre, Farouk went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious
