I had an amazing and unforgettable vacation in Morocco/Marrakech. Thanks to the whole Riad Cham team for the pleasant atmosphere, as they say we are here like a family. It definitely felt like home. Clean, cozy room and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend and would return for new adventures. Many thanks especially to Youssef for the tips and recommendations that made me see the real face of Marrakech and feel the local life.

Quiet location, very welcoming and helpful staff. Delightfully traditional rooms with very comfortable beds. Traditional breakfast.
Nothing to dislike except the alleyway entrance is derelict and a bit scary at night.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! They explain about the main sites of the city, also give good advice about some city parts. The room was very clean, breakfast is also good. We would love to stay again.
The rooster was killing us. I dont think that the problem can be solved, but it shouts from 4 am to 2 pm non-stop. We couldnt sleep good.

We had a great stay and the riad was lovely. The staff were amazing. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfectly located.
The sun terrace area was great but a little small for the amount of guests. Not much that can be done to change this but something to consider if you are planning to spend time relaxing at the riad.

All the staff there were fantastic; both helpful and kind, starting from airport pickup and continuing the whole time. Breakfast every day at the riad was a delight. (Generally bread, butter, jam, olives, orange juice, coffee or tea, and every day they had some additional item, such as pain au chocolat, fruit salad, crepes, etc). We also got dinner there twice, and they were great at accommodating my vegetarianism, plus the food was *so good*. I think the best we had our entire time in Marrakesh. The common space on the roof (both third and fourth floor) was comfortable and a great, relaxing place to spend some quiet time or chat with others there. The room was comfortable, the window looking out on the courtyard was very pleasant. Location is great for going around to the local market areas, and we spent the whole time basically on foot going around the old city.
Nothing I can think of? I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to Marrakech.

The pool is really small, but you have 2 terrace and the staff compensate this by their kindness and help.

Beautiful property, friendly workers and amazing location! Ali, one of the receptionist pick us up from the closest place reached by car and walked us to the riad. The cake and the Moroccan tea are the best ;)
The small alley to get there is a bit dirty and smelly but it had light for nighttime and its really safe. The room does not have TV.

The staff was very helpful and atmosphere overall was very friendly. The breakfast is one of the best we had in Morocco, including the tea which was THE best we had (I don't drink tea but I enjoyed it here nevetheless). The terrace is very cute even though the pool is quite small.
Dinner was good taste wise, but portions were very small for the price (around 50 eur for 2 people) and we were still hungry at the end. The room was kinda humid because the bathroom would not dry, but there is AC in the room which definitely helps.

Riad Chams is located in the old center, not too from the airport.
Beautiful building, with a nice inner courtyard.
Staff was very friendly, a special thanks to Ali, Youssef and Khalid for making us feel welcome.
