Our trip in Morocco was made truly special by the entire Chameleon team. We could always ask for help, and the whole team supported us with everything from transportation to finding the right sights to visit. Throughout the entire trip, we felt very well taken care of.

The staff the Riad treated me like family and it felt quite genuine.
The location within the Medina was perfect. It was just quiet enough and just close enough.
Breakfast was delicious though monotone after day 4. Some variability would be helpful.
I was fine with my room being on the first floor though I think guests should consider that there isn’t much sound protection from either side on the first floor though.

I couldn’t recommend more this property. The property itself is gorgeous with an indoor pool and a stunning terrace at the top with amazing views of Marrakesh.
The staff is what makes this property special - shout out to Morad. They helped us coordinate our transportation from and to the airport. Further, they answered all of our questions and helped us plan our stay.

Absolutely beautiful riad, super helpful, lovely staff! The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and the rooftop is a lovely place to relax. The neighbourhood is quieter but it doesn’t take long to walk into the centre.

The entire accomodation and staff impressed us from start to finish. They catered to all our needs, providing us for a packed breakfast for days we needed to be up early and gave us a detailed explanation of the area and where not to go. The staff even walked us to the main road into the centre on the first night of our stay. The facilities were tidy and no request was an issue. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakesh for the first time and if I ever return I hope to stay here again.

The Riad was beautiful, clean and serene. The staff were absolutely lovely and pointed out landmarks to help us navigate our way to attractions and back to the Riad. It was in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle outside. Mourat, Mouad and Abderrahman were kind and ever so helpful!
Not necessarily a negative, but it was about 15min walk away from the souks and attractions.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts!
The accommodation is super nice also, in a quieter part of the Meddina, really well kept and equipped with a special flair.
The breakfast on the rooftop was great!
Would definitely come back and recommend!

Very comfortable and clean riad with an excellent breakfast and brilliant staff, especially Nourad who was a source of great recommendations and advice
It is a traditional riad so this is not a criticism, but if you want complete privacy then go for one of the upstairs rooms. We loved being on the ground floor by the pool so not an issue for us
