Wonderful
Great riad right in the city center. Perfect for people who want to taste the local flavor. Spend two-three days there to immerse yourself in the nearby souks and the Jemaa el-Fnaa. We had a wonderful 3+ people room with amazing decorations on walls and ceiling. The bedroom was relatively small, but cozy and sufficient. Breakfasts were great, with a perfect view on a palm tree and a small pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Word of caution - tiny streets of medina are not for cars (Google Maps does not understand this). So don't expect that the taxi will drive you just to the front door. Taxi driver will stop at the parking nearby and you either walk remaining ca 300m yourself, or you hire a local two-wheeled trolley (for bigger baggage). Hotel/riad reception will help you with the arrangements!

The staff was so warm and attentive, breakfast was complete n tasty! Location, location, location!
Maybe it was the time of the year but rooms could be a bit warmer especially where they serve breakfast however, it's probably the place where you want to be. Be careful of scammers on the streets who want to show you the way through the streets/Medina they'll take you the long way, then they'll want $$ but part of the experience is to wonder with excitement.

We rented 2 rooms - the one by the terrace was large & fantastic. The other room on the 2nd floor was adequate - very long & skinny, and a little cramped. Everything else about the property was great. Super location right in the Medina.
Steep stairs. Room 7 on 2nd floor was a bit cramped, but also due to a peculiar room / ceiling design, the heat from the heater stayed at one end of the room & bed area was a little chilly. The room design however would not affect the cooling of the room if AC option was selected.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way several times to make me feel welcomed. The riad is located in the middle of the medina but near enough the roads so that transportation is easy.

I had a tour with an early departure and requested for a “to-go bag” of breakfast items. The staff member woke up very early (6am) just to prepare me my own breakfast and coffee. They normally serve breakfast at 8:30am. I went to give him a tip as a token of appreciation and he literally turned and rushed away refusing to take the money. The same man also stayed up until midnight waiting for me to arrive from the airport (my flight was delayed). I was not able to contact the hotel to update them of my new expected time of arrival. So he sat by the front door waiting and waiting for me to knock so he could let me in. He did not complain about this inconvenience and greeted me with a smile and warm hospitality. I am so impressed with this member of staff. He is excellent. Will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. Very easy to get to the main attractions. It is a clean and charming hotel. WiFi was excellent. 5 stars!!
I had trouble finding the hotel. It does have a light and is well lit. I think I missed it because there is a small restaurant in front of it and the hotel is tucked in a corner behind the restaurant. So I noticed the restaurant but not the hotel. It’s not a fault of the hotel. They do have a sign and it is clear. Just be aware of this when looking for it for the first time.

The staff was really good!
The bed was fine.
The breakfast was generous.
The terrace for the view.
There was no noise from the street! There is a really good rooftop restaurant just crossing the street.
The location is the best! Far from the noise but close to the center!
The bathroom had a really bad smell since we arrived.
Be aware that there are several stairs [as in every place in the medina]
The terrace could have better facilities, it could be used better

The decor was absolutely beautiful. Good and very helpful hosts. Very central location in the medina. Very quiet inside the room despite the noise outside on the street.
The bed mattresses were a bit hard but I think it's standard in Morocco.

Nice centrally located Riad in the heart of town. Friendly staff. The breakfast is typical for Morocco and good. Near many restaurants.
It is a 5 minute walk from where taxis can drop you off and the Hotel because of the narrow streets. I highly recommend the hotels transfer service from the airport, it will save you a lot of hassle and is not much more than booking the taxi yourself.
