"Atrium" of the riad looks nice. Location is ok. Breakfast was nice.
You pay for location, but it is not worth 120+ eur per night.
Stay paid in advance (non-refundable) over Booking.
You can't pay the tax and drinks on site with card, unless it is over 1000 MAD. In case of our drink, the price was different in French and English menus.
Rooms are outdated. Water pressure fluctuating.
Pool is about 50 cm deep.
Bunch of cats (at least 7) lives in the hotel "atrium". Although cute, the smell of their no. 1s and no. 2s, which they make approx. 2 m from your breakfast table is not very pleasant.
I asked 3x (1 week in advance) for parking suggestions over Booking app - zero reaction from the hotel. I have not found a whatsapp number that I could use.

Staff were very good and our room was upgraded.
Facilties were poor. Pool only 2 feet deep so not able to swim. TVs didn't work. Bathrooms badly need renovating. There is no bar by the pool or cushions as shown in their photographs. Rooms very basic not the luxury Riad we were expecting.

The riad has a beautiful four-quarter patio plus decorated alcoves in which to have a meal or just relax. The staff was very warm and friendly.
our room was cute and unique, just a bit tight and with limited light. But I don’t think thats the norm in this riad. plus the fact that we were at garden level made up for it.

Everything was just excellent! The staff were super friendly, the Road was so beautiful and extra bonus was the two turtles that lived there and three cats (two kittens at the time). Good food! We had the luxury to stay in the Suite Royale which was very large, two floors, two bathrooms! Fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The pool was a bit on the small side, and it was a bit cold. (We were there feb 25). Everything else was great!

A charming property filled with character. The courtyard was stunning, with a vibrant garden that included adorable cats and a couple of tortoises as residents! The terrace truly is a sun trap, and the pool is great for cooling off.
The location was perfect, and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful, all having a kind nature. The included breakfast was also lovely, and our meals in were brilliant. I couldn't recommend this Riad more highly.

It's rare we are truly surprised by a hotel room, but our Royal Suite completely blew us away and will be the benchmark we compare others to for I expect years and years to come. Yes it was "expensive" compared to so many of the riads around, but at $200/night wasn't much more than a standard Best Western in the US. For that money though we had a 2 floor, 3 bed, 2 full bathroom *experience*, worth every penny. The master bath was stunning with a stucco/clay/? minaret-ish shower you'd have to see to believe, and throughout the suite it was a moroccan wonder. The rooftop pool felt amazing after a long, hot day walking the medina, and a new litter of kittens entertained us every breakfast. Nadia was phenomenally helpful, and Baha always greeted us with a smile even at 1am as we returned from a late night at Jemaa el-Fnaa (only 5 minutes away!). One of our top 3 hotel experiences ever, anywhere, at any price!
The upstairs AC needs help, but I'll bet the staff has already fixed it!

The location was so perfect it was right next to the main square which is so close the souks and there are a lot of good restaurants around (we mainly used trip-advisor to avoid food poisoning) but there are so many different and affordable options. The pool is lovely, it's quite shallow and not heated but it's perfect for when it's really hot for a quick dip to cool off. The downstairs area was nice to sit and read in since it's quite cool due to the trees and plants. The staff and cleaners are absolutely wonderful so kind and really friendly - if you have any problems they were more than happy to help! It was so so good for how much it was (ideal for students)!
There are four deck chairs in the pool area, two of which were broken. There is a sofa area near the pool but its too hot to sit there most of the time since there's no shade. There are some busy periods in that area especially in the afternoon but it really depends if there's lots of people staying and the time of year. We couldn't get the TV to work and we did have some confusion about the AC but we sorted that in the end. During the breakfast time there were a lot of bees which were quite attracted to the food.

Stayed at the Riad Catalina for a friend's wedding, the staff were exceptional. They even went above and beyond there duties. Even put breakfast aside for me when I was late coming down and insisted I had coffee and orange juice! When I wasn't even hungry. They work very hard to make you feel welcome and special. What I loved was the pool it's bigger and on the roof which means you get sun all day. If and when I return I will be staying at the Catalina again.

Amazing experience! All the staff was kind and the hospitality we received... it was the best possible one. Even someone from the team, Nadia, showed us how to prepare step by step the morrocan tea.
The location is perfect too, 2 minutes from Jemaa el fna.
