This place was wonderful! Khalil and the rest of the staff were so kind and accommodating — they truly made us feel at home. The morning breakfast was always a lovely treat, and the beautiful décor added so much to the charm. The location is perfect — just steps away from all the activity in the Medina, yet tucked away in a quiet alley that offers much-needed peace and tranquility.
The only minor issue was that our shower drain wasn’t draining very well, but I’m sure it’s an easy fix :)

Riad Boussa is beautiful and the courtyard is covered which was absolutely critical on our rainy December visit. The room we had is compact, as is the bathroom, but extremely functional. Fed up with the rainy weather we spent a whole day hanging out at the riad and both our room and the shared spaces were cozy and lovely. The people running it are kind and flexible to accommodate our requests. We really appreciated them
The location is a challenge. On the one hand you are in the middle of the old Medina, so the square and many sites are fairly close via the crazy maze of the Medina. On the other hand there was no quick outlet to a place we could grab a taxi or escape the maze if we wanted to. And in the cold rain, the dripping tarps, crazy motorbikes and crowds are all the more challenging. None of this is a problem with the riad!!

The riad has a beautiful, authentic atmosphere with warm décor and a very peaceful vibe. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet. Breakfast was excellent and made the stay feel even more special.

It was by far the most well-kept, clean, comfortable and friendly place I’ve stayed at in recent years.
The ambiance is truly unique — once you step inside, you feel like you’ve entered a different world. The staff are incredibly helpful, even beyond what you would normally expect.
If we return to Marrakesh, we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else..

The rooms are exceptionally clean, and I am very picky with cleanliness. Breakfast is amazing, best breakfast we had our whole trip around Morocco. Excellent staff. Very good location, right in the heart of the Medina. Much more quiet than we expected.
Hair conditioner would be appreciated! The transfer from the train station to the Riad is very expensive but there convenience is worth it.

Ahmed, our host, was very understanding about 'jet lag.' I loved the breakfast terrace and the offerings were similar but varied each day. Fruit, yogurt, preserves, two types of baked breads and as much coffee as needed to break the grip of jet lag!
Some co-habitants were not comfortable with the quiet back alley location. At night the alley lights were sometimes out and I needed my cellphone to guide my way. That said, I loved how we were in the middle of everything but very quiet once inside the riad.

Cute Riad, kept clean. Rooms were comfortable and staff were amazing and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again. I even had a 5am pickup for an excursion from the square and Ahmed walked with me as a single female traveler to ensure I was comfortable and safe. Great stay.
It’s tucked away a little but it really wasn’t an issue once you knew where you were going.

It was our first time at a Riad, but it was so worth the experience - a traditional Moroccan style accommodation. The Medina is buys, loud and chaotic (in a good way) but once you walk into the Riad, there’s absolute peace and quiet within the walls. Breakfast was served at the rooftop terrace. Our host Ahmed was extremely helpful and very responsive even before we arrived. There’s a hammam spa about 100 meters away. It was a truly pleasant experience and we are so glad we opted for a Riad!

Mr. Ahmed was hugely welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived and helped with figuring out where to go and what to do in Marrakech. The riad itself was very quaint and relaxed, the roof terrace for breakfast and courtyard included. Our room was cosy and we thought the bathroom was a cool design. We definitely recommend this riad for having a comfortable experience in Marrakech.
