WOW! What a wonderful experience this was. Highly recommended. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond. The room was meticulously clean and cleaned daily with AC and beautifully decorated. It was a little challenging to find at first but that comes with the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and the location it is centrally located. We felt incredibly safe and so happy. Thank you so much.

We simply loved this riad for its authenticity, attention to detail, cleanliness, the staff.
We also enjoyed the breakfast in the internal years, which had a pool (we did not use it, but I am sure it is great in the summertime), and seating areas.
Our room was in a different building than the main one where breakfast was served, which also had a separate living room (with TV, chess, etc.) and another seating area.
The room was cleaned thoroughly every morning.
We also had a dinner at our Riad one night, which was excellent (3-course dinner).
In addition to this, the staff was really helpful and friendly - they arranged both transfers to and from the airport, booked the hammam and provided us with all the information needed despite the language barrier).

The only flaw, which could come as a shock at first is the surrounding streets and the difficulty in finding the location - we arrived in the middle of the night and we were approached by a local man, which was a bit scary, but once we got familiar with the location, we liked it. Indeed, this riad is located in the Medina, just in front of the Saadian Tombs and is close to other sights.

Disappointing
Small room, very small shower cubicle and water was not draining well. Breakfast was very basic.

To be honest when we got there I wanted to leave
Nothing we had the white room in the court yard to much noise our room was damp our clothes were damp in the case . Breakfast very disappointing an egg bread coffee pancakes which took 30 min from start to finish to come out with the rest of breakfast. On the roof the the hot tub was closed off sun beds covered in cats hair all stains . To be honest I do not know how it gets 9.2 on booking.com I have being to Marrakech 6 times never had a problem in any other places we stayed. I would not give this riad even one star and would never stay again .

it was really beautiful, decorated with a lot of taste, the food was excellent and the staff really nice and gentle.
We had asked our childrens room to be next to ours. This was the first message we sent and because it was confirmed, we carried on with the deal but for both nights we were not next to our children.. The first night, our room was in another riad (5min walk) so my husband and I had to split in order for the kids to be with one of us. And the second night we were given the ground floor bedroom - still not next to the children who were on level1- also the ground floor bedroom is really noisy, between the swimming pool and the kitchen constantly interrupted by the very loud entrance bell that guests must buzz in i order to get in. So two not very satisfying nights despite the beauty of the food and the place.

Disappointing
The booked room was not available and they moved us to another place. Initially, for one night, but finally the two booked nights. Then they came at night and woke us up asking for the money, incredible!
Finally, the staff do not speak English and the manager never came although we required his/her presence. Very disappointing. I would never recommend it.

Beautiful place, clean, with a taste of history, nice breakfast
The staff doesnt communicate in English, which caused some challenges. It is cash only. They also have us a receipt for the whole stay with overall price 3 times bigger than the Booking.com said. It took us a while to come into and agreement about the price and explain. There is no ventilation in the rooms, I guess this is common in that part of the town, it is very humid inside and nothing dries.
