Wonderful
Beautiful riad. Traditional look and overall really nice aesthetic. Breakfast (Western) was delicious and varied, although maybe some local dishes could be offered. The location is perfectly tucked into a small walkway, peaceful at night. Walking distance to markets, restaurants, monuments, etc.
We came in December and it was quite cold inside the rooms. Jacuzzi was also closed upstairs :(

Wonderful
Riad Bjoujna had the best group of staff that attended to your every wish …. Breakfast served large, fresh stomach filling, jams, eggs and hot coffee and or/ tea, value for the money.
Safety first, secure doors.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was very pleasant. Location was good, just 2 minutes walk from the road.
The room was very small, no space to keep 2 suitcases open. The bathroom is in the room and it is private, but it is not a separate room and there is no bathroom door. You can see from the bed the other seating on the toilet seat . Breakfast was not very rich, just bread, butter, marmalade, egg and juice/coffee.

Staffs was nice and sweet and the breakfast was good. Location is a bit far from the city center
* The room smells bad and humid. Water pressure was low for showering and in the pavement seems that there is some mold to cure, we've had to open all the windows... to refresh the air.
* No wardrobe
*electric sockets were behind the night table, if you want to charge the phone you had to move the table

Lovely setting with very friendly staff. They tried to accommodate any requests we had. Room was lovely and clean with good amenities, although we had to ask for towels and wait for the next morning as the evening staff didn't know where they were kept. We had the food at the hotel the night we arrived and it was delicious.
We visited during Ramadan so maybe that influenced it but neither person on reception spoke fluent English so we needed to use Google translate to try to communicate. The shower took 10 minutes to warm up but was fine if you waited. The bed was very hard but having stayed at other places in Morocco, that seems to be the style.

The location is very good, it is easily accessible by regular bus from the airport (you don't have to take the special bus that comes right in front of the airport, but just go out onto the road and look for the stop - see what Google says). They have a laundry service, it costs 5 euros/washing machine and very importantly they also dry your clothes, otherwise, in the humidity there, you would have to wait a long time. On the first evening you can have a special dinner, where the place of honor is occupied by the traditional tajine of lamb with prunes and almonds. Tender meat, juicy prunes and crunchy almonds combine harmoniously with a blend of aromatic spices, creating a delightful symphony of flavors. The host, Romain, is available online for any clarification or request you may have.
Compared to the European breakfast, the offer at this riad seemed much sweeter to me, I missed cold cuts or a salad. And the service is after 8 am, so if you have a morning schedule, you will miss it. The rooms are small, cool and without a TV, and the internet is only usable in the middle area of the riad, where breakfast is served.

We stayed there for 6 nights. The staff is absolutely lovely. They’ve made us feeling really welcome and special! The breakfast every morning was different and very delicious prepared especially for us and served with smile and care! Our daughter was adored by the staff. Our room - cleaned every single day! Our towels - changed regularly! Very nice and clean place to stay in! Very close to all the main tourist attractions! We all loved it! Couldn’t choose a better place for our holiday! A huge thank you to all of the staff!

Fantastic customer service! All members of staff were friendly, accommodating and added that little bit of personality.
The cleanliness was exceptional. All areas were cleaned everyday including our room.
The Kasbah in Marrakech is a vibrant and friendly area. The locals made us feel very welcome and looked after. We didn't feel unsafe anytime. I think people knew where we were staying and that felt like a factor. We were close enough to the markets and souks and only needed a taxi to and from the airport. Plus the tea was lovely and the breakfast large and satisfying.
We probably paid a little too much but it was over the new year period and everywhere was quite busy.

the location was ok.
We booked the place as we saw the pool and Jaccuzi but the Jaccuzi and pool were not operational, maybe it’s a cultural thing that they don’t use the pool in winters.
