Really beautiful Riad with a lovely pool. Breakfast was great every morning and staff were very friendly and helpful.
When we booked the riad it had pictures of two pools but we were unable to use the second pool unless we booked in for a spa treatment at an additional cost.

We love the terrace & all the outside areas. Very relaxing .
Really friendly helpful lovely staff.
Good location
When you turn the lights off in the room all the phone chargers stop working. If charging at night the only charger that worked was next to the sink & water dripped on to one of our phones & ruined it. (Not saying that is the hotels fault )

The Moroccan breakfast was exceptional! The Spa treatment and massage were excellent, it was simply the best massage I have ever had! Highly recommend the Spa facilities. Must not forget that our catered dinner was the best we had on our entire trip to Morocco from the Starter to Dessert, yummy!
The reception area was too dark.

Great decoration, super central and staff is very friendly.
Minor thing: Breakfast is in the terrace so if you are staying on the top level you have to go down to let the staff know that you are ready.

We had a great time as a family of 4 staying at Riad Bindoo & Spa. We all stayed in one room which was ample for us. We used the pool, which was really refreshing! We had a great 3 course meal, whist the kids had amazing breaded chicken! We all experienced our first hammam, which was a great experience! I had a wonderful massage! We would definately go back, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, they even helped to "advise" on the Moroccan "tooth fairy" when my daughters tooth fell out!

All good , 10-15 minutes walk covers most of where you need to go in the city we only needed a taxi once , located beside a local food market with some nice family owned restaurants
All good, only small thing is that there does not seem to be any choice of what you get for breakfast, we were only there for a few nights so it didnt really matter but if you stayed for a week then a choice would be good

(1) The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the good shopping areas, walkable distance to Jardin Secret and Dar-el-bacha museums. Lots of restaurants close by. (2) The property is very very pretty with the rooms and areas very tastefully decorated. (3) Staff is very polite, courteous and helpful
(1) The breakfast menu is very limited. While we totally appreciate the local menu, basic eggs at the very least should have been included. (2) Egg at the breakfast when separatrly ordered took almost half an hour to arrive each day (we were there for 4 nights and ordered eggs 3 times)

All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Mustaffa especially took very good care of us. The riad itself is beautiful- we loved our room! The spa is also amazing!
