We had a lovely stay at this Marrakech riad. Our room, Samarkand, located on the second floor, had a very interesting design and felt both comfy and stylish. The shower water was warm enough, which we appreciated after long days out exploring.
As with most riads, sounds from guests chatting in the courtyard could be heard, but this is quite normal and part of the experience.
We were served a delicious Moroccan breakfast every morning. On our last day, we had to leave early, and we were especially grateful to Moustafa, who kindly packed some fruits for us so we could snack on the way.
Overall, the hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. They cared about us, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ayub especially was super friendly. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and always willing to help. The other staff, besides Ayub we are also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The staff personally served breakfast every day and even made eggs, especially for us, even though it wasn't part of the traditional breakfast. We really enjoyed staying at this Riad. The location was also amazing close to a lot of restaurants and walkable to the main attractions and the souk.
Just a couple of minor things - the lighting in the room was very dim. There wasn't much light in the bathroom, and the water kept splashing out of the sink after use which we had to wipe down the floors. The toilet was also very dimly lit.

Had an amazing stay at this Riad! The place is beautiful, very clean, and designed with authentic Moroccan style. The location is perfect and close to everything in the Medina. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I truly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The property is beautiful! It is so authentically Moroccan! Great attention to detail. The staff was very warm and inviting and the hospitality was amazing. The breakfast every morning was delicious as was the tea! Good location and they even will pick you up at the airport and take you back. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved our stay at Riad Bindoo! The staff were attentive from the moment we arrived, even waiting for us down the road, and they set up balloons and arranged a cake for my wife’s birthday — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

Overall Riad Bindoo was a great place for our family to stay. The staff was SO kind and extremely responsive. This riad is also in a great location. The rooftop breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Definitely recommend!

The aesthetic is beautiful and the staff is above and beyond.
The Wi-Fi isn't very strong. The air conditioning, probably because it's summer, doesn't circulate very well, as I sleep in a loft-style room.

Very Good
This is a very stylish Riad right in the center of town. Staff are very accommodating, polite and friendly and so is the owner. There were no cats inside - this was good for us as we have cat allergies. There was calm ambience about the property and just a good energy. It’s right in the middle of a lot of action, in the souk - however - once inside, you don’t hear or sense the intensity which exists in the souk outside. It’s also close to several very good shops and stalls that offer fantastic clothes, shoes, bags.
We were able to eat breakfast on the roof or outside our room on the veranda. Where possible the private space that leads onto the room should be reserved for your use if you have one, otherwise it might be used by others which could disturb if you were laying in. This didn’t happen to us.

We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were genuinely kind and extremely helpful throughout our visit. While the breakfast could have been a bit better, overall we had a very pleasant experience and would gladly return.

Staff were friendly and super helpful, the place was well kept, breakfast was lovely, it was a quiet but lots going on nearby, easy to use as a base & really pleasant, would definitely recommend.
The place is lovely but needs some additional care, there was a lot of mold due to the heat/coolness and condensation, over the walls of the bedroom and bathroom.

The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. Every request we made was met with great enthusiasm. We had breakfast daily and all our transportation was booked with the road.
Only issue was the driver we were assigned for most of our trips had a bad attitude, this is at no fault to riad bindoo since the driver was from a 3rd party.
