Riad Bijoux is a relaxing and beautiful place to stay while visiting Marrakech. A huge thank you to the owner and all the staff for their welcome, kindness and excellent advice on what to see and where to eat!

What an amazing, exceptionally beautiful place: The rooms are clean ,spacious. Such beauty is embedded in the well thought unique interior design and architectural feature depicting Moroccan /Berber culture, art and design. As we entered this beautiful decorated riad, we felt transported to a magical and calm world : tradtional zellige, very beautiful, tadelakt,a central fountain surrounded by variety of living green plants....shinning clean and inviting swimming pool. We discovered later a second pool at the roof. Our first experience of Riad bijoux started with the warm reception by the owner Jovani and the manager Hamid ,who offered us Moroccan mint tea with homemade biscuits , in a very peaceful environment, a rather " espace de vie paisible" . The staff are amazing individuals, most obliging, and always, helpful , friendly and professional in what they do. The Riad even sent a member of the staff to the car park to with luggage . From the moment we arrived till we left they made us feel like royalty. Hamid went out of his way to meet our needs ensure our comfort and above all our safety: organised our lunch , Berber lamb tajine,Moroccan salad .What a wonderful treat ! The location is amazing and it unequivocally gives you an insight into the moroccan street life and culture embedded in the maze-like streets, noisy, narrow, alleyways twisting in all directions, with lots of shops and local markets. my daughter and I really appreciate food shops and stalls and endulged in spicy and tasty Moroccan street food specialities. the local.people are so friendly and extremely helpful. This walk from Riad bijoux to the Medina through narrow streets, took us on an unforgettable journey : a memorable and nostalgic sensory adventure of Morrocan sharp and distinct diverse rich aromas ,scents and fragrances .Sincere thank you to all the locals for making this happen. The staff at Riad Bijoux were very welcoming and made our stay pleasant. The breakfast was lovely and the rooftop was a beautiful location to relax.

The Riad was very comfortable and in a good location. You have to walk about 1 kilometre to the main square or a 5 minute walk to where a petit taxi can pick up. Being in a residential area in the Medina (rather than a touristy area) made for a thoroughly fascinating experience, walking shoulder to shoulder with locals, who were very polite and friendly. The scooters speeding down the alleyways might be unnerving to some visitors, but we had been broken in by Hanoi - the secret is to keep moving! The worst thing you can do is stop! We never tired of the fascinating walk to and from Place Jeema el Fna. The staff at Riad Bijoux were wonderful, particularly Jamal and Aziza, for whom no effort was too much. The others we did not get to know by name but without exception everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. Our room (a junior suite) was roomy enough and comfortable. The spaces for lounging about and sleeping up on the top Terrace were great, but don't expect to be able to sunbathe or swim lengths. The pool is a drop-in pool to cool down - not large enough for a swim. Breakfast was full of variety day by day - with plenty of local dishes to try out! Our one evening meal during Ramadan was a little limited but once over, the menu appeared to be interesting with wine and beer available. We had found several places round Jeema el Fna offering good meals and serving alcohol, so we got into the habit of walking back there every evening. A great place to stay. The memories will linger for a long time.

The staff couldn’t have done anymore for me and my partner. Nothing was too much to ask and we were looked after really well. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Thank you.

We decided to book Riad Bijoux based on reviews and photos online, and honestly, it was even better than expected when we arrived to Marrakech for a 3 night trip. Communication prior to our arrival was amazing. Quick knowledgeable responses from Giovanni and Aziza put a few anxities to rest even before we started packing. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was absolutely beautiful and spotless and the common areas/terrace were perfect for sitting out enjoying breaks between being out exploring the city. Although they were shared spaces, the layout made them feel private, allowing for a quite relaxed experience in the middle of a very busy Medina outside. Location of the riad is perfect as all main attractions are within walking distance. A special mention goes to Jamal, who went above and beyond to assist us—from helping with requests like finding contact lens solution to resolving issues with one of our tour operator (a few hours of anxiety there. I booked the tour myself online). He even walked us where we needed to go on our first outing while we were still trying to get our heads around getting places there. Everything felt really well taken care of. The service, attention to every detail, and friendly conversations in the riad made our stay in Marrakech so much more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds that offered the perfect retreat after exploring the city. I highly recommend arranging airport transfers and tours through the hotel for a hassle-free experience. And if you stay, don’t miss dinner at the hotel—everything was fantastic, and the breakfast was just as impressive. Would absolutely recommend.

Breakfast included virtually everything a Western visitor could want - OJ, coffee, pancakes, cake, ham and cheese all served with great care and attention by Hamsa. The Riad is tastefully designed and laid out according to classic Berber architecture. The ground floor has two internal courtyards one of which has a water feature. The first floor consists of rooms for guest accommodation. There are two further floors both of which have terraces and small tents to provide shade from the sun. In all the Riad has a great deal of charm. and is also by virture of its location (see below) very quiet. The Riad staff are without exception courteous, eager to help and efficient.

The Riad is located in Medina and it’s a walking distance to all must-see places. The room was comfortable, clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Beautiful authentic Riad 10-15 minute walk from the main square. It was spotlessly clean, with the most amazing staff - nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast is a Moroccan feast and the evening menu is just as delicious.

I had an amazing experience at the riad in Marrakesh. Everything was absolutely perfect – from the stunning decor to the cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The service was outstanding; the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. Every detail was taken care of, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakesh!
