The Riad Bijoux is an oasis of tranquility - from when you step in the door and sit by one of the courtyard pools, to relaxing in one of the many areas on the roof terrace. The rooms were lovely and all individual, with views over the internal courtyards. The riad is located in a residential area in the medina a handy 20 minutes walk to the main square. The staff were very welcoming and made our stay special - thank you especially to Giovanni, Hamid, with his stories of Morocco, and Elias. The breakfasts were a feast with varied pastries each day. We were sorry to leave!

Hospitality was impeccable, staff were all welcoming, approachable and helpful, special shout-out to Giovanni, Nordin(driver), Hamid and of course Elias(the rooftop guy) Appreciate all the help and hospitality.
When Earthquake happened, they made sure that we were safe and sound. They brought duvet so we could be comfortable while sleeping outside. Our marrakech plan were all scrapped due to earthquake, and thanks to them we were able to do some activities and they were so understanding that they let us stay for few more days since our next hotel in the dessert were unreachable. Our marrakech trip started so badly but we were able to enjoy our trip thanks to all their help.

I loved everything about this property. I did not know what to expect when I arrived to Marrakesh, but this Riad completely blew my mind away. Everything from the hospitality to the food to the wonderful authentic environment and experience made this trip amazing. Hamid, was literally the best host anyone could have ever asked for. He made me feel at home - anything that I needed he made sure to always be available in the most professional manner - and he happens to be one of the funniest people Ive ever met. This was my first time visiting Marrakesh and I would absolutely 100% recommend this Riad to anyone who wants to experience the beauty and the essence of Marrakesh. Also, there to Tajin is I will definitely be back.

This was a perfect place to stay. A short walk to the Medina. Great staff and great facilities. An oasis of calm after the hustle and bustle of the streets. I would recommend highly. Great value for money. We had three rooms on the same level. Very well organised.

I cannot describe my gratefulness in words but I try it: Giovanni thank you for making our Marrakech trip so special. You truly love what you do and your hospitality is beyond everything we experienced before.
A big thank you goes to Elias who was always there when we needed help. Your breakfast is so nice and definitely not common in Marrakech. But we had everything we could ask for.
Your Riad speaks for itself: Its brand new and absolutely stunning. It was made with so many beautiful details that you feel an oasis vibe.
Giovanni, when we arrived to told us to feel like home, and we truly felt like at home. Thank you for your kindness, your effort and your support.

everything was perfect! a beautiful riad in a great location. the riad is so new and amazingly decorated, huge comfortable rooms and amazing communal areas - particularly the rooftop and pool! the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. thank you for an amazing stay!

Very nice riad on the fringe of the Medina, so it is a perfect place to stay if you prefer to be a little bit off the busy centre but still within short walking distance. The staff were excellent, extremely kind and keen to help and meet any requests. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
It is hard to find anything to comment on, we really had no complaints, but if I have to nitpick, I would say some better soundproofing would be good. Otherwise a great hotel.

Lovely new riad in a quiet part of the center. Lovely walk of less than 15 mins to get anywhere you want to be. Staff was very helpful

Very nice (recently renovated) Riad in the middle of the Medina but still in a very quiet location! The rooftop terrasse has an amazing view on all the Medina!

Riad totally new in the traditional Medina. The staff was amazing, Hamid and Giovani were very helpful with our questions, they made us to feel really at home.

The riad is beautiful and you can get to know the real Medina. But the best of all were the workers of the Riad. Hassam and Elias, who guided and helped us at all times, soon they became our friends. I recommend everyone to stay here. It was a fantastic experience. Thank you very much for everything :)

Lovely family run riad in the historic part of Marrakesh. The riad is clean and very comfortable, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much for them and they go out of the way to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. The home cooked food is some of the best we had during our holiday and breakfast also lovely, they are happy to serve at a time of your choosing. We would definitely return here!

Calm and tranquil riad located a 20 minute walk away from the Jemaa el-fnaa square. A fascinating walk to experience the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and local life. The riad itself is gorgeous with a calm atmosphere and was very quiet. It had a wonderful roof terrace and the room was well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished. Hassan was the best ! He had a great sense of humour and was there to help at all times. He messaged to wish me a good day and to see if we needed him to pick anything up for us. He also arranged a birthday cake which was very kind and walked us through the neighbourhood on the first day to get our bearings. Loubna was a very sweet lady who made wonderful breakfast everyday which was always more than enough food. She even made me Lipton tea as I missed English breakfast tea :) We hoped to go on a day trip to the Ourika valley with Noureddine the driver but unfortunately I had a migraine so we couldn't. Would recommend using his taxi service to the airport, a great guy who wished us well and waved us off at the airport. Next time we would love to visit the desert with them. A lovely team that made our trip to Marrakech unforgettable. Will definitely be back to stay :) Shukran!
