Wonderful
The house is in a secure complex which has a shop, a couple of restaurants, a hair dresser I think, and some other services. Which is very convenient. The pools are a couple of mins walk away and we had a pool to ourselves. Everything in the complex was cash only from what I could tell and there is no ATM. Euro is happily accepted everywhere so bring that to get you through the first day and pay for the airport transfer but you do need to plan around the fact that the nearest ATM is about 10 mins walk away. The restaurants in the complex are cheap and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The house itself is as described. All good. The WiFi isnt the best if you need to do anything serious but tbh I didnt expect anything else.
The Medina is about 20 mins walk away with an ATM on the way. The major restaurants in there take credit card.
In summary we stayed in a nice house in a quiet and secure area with an easy walk into the Medina for all the madness that goes with that.
The host organised airport transfer so it was all easy.

Wonderful
Interesting type of house with ample space and privacy, every bedroom has its bathroom, washing machine is provided. There are few small restaurants and grocery shops near the apartment. Complex has security at the gate, we feel safe there
Door lock was broken, we couldnt leave and had to wait for the locksmith

The riad was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The host and the manager of the riad answered to all our needs straight away and even messaged before our arrival! The communication was amazing!
The property was great had a great and comfortable stay but the wifi was really slow.

the property was very nice and cute. it was clean and smelt fresh when we arrived. the manager was nice however there was a language barrier as she didnt speak English but contacted her daughter to explain everything to us. Youssef the owner was very helpful whenever I messaged him about anything he replied straight away.
I thought the swimming pool was on the roof or in the back garden but its not and you have to walk away from the property to get to the pools. Also on the first night we were told by the neighbours not to make noise as we didnt realise locals live in the neighbourhood and they are not all holiday makers.

Just such a lovely home! We had everything we needed and hosts were always willing to answer our questions via WhatsApp.
Nothing really. You might struggle to get taxis some days but other than that it was great.

Really nice riad in a quiet community with security guards a short walk away from the bustle of the medina. Very clean, very pleasant place, lots of space in communal areas as well as 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Roof terrace seemed nice but it was winter when we visited. Some convenience stores and places for food within the compound. Would not be put off by lack of reviews as this property is also available on airbnb where there are more reviews.
