Property is very centrally located within the old city. Next to the old Jewish quarter and in the middle of the spice market. The Badi and Bahia Palaces are only a few blocks away. The rooms were extremely elegant, the food tasty, and the staff friendly and helpful.
The view from our window was a collapsed building, presumably from the earthquake. The location is excellent in terms of being in the heart of the Medina, but you can only access through an alleyway (as in all locations within the old city), which means transporting your luggage by hand carrying or hiring a push cart to transit the last 100 or so meters from the street to the Riad.

Breakfast was lovely! The staff is exceptional! Absamman (hopefully I have not butchered his name) was great. Works hard all day, super helpful and always has a smile. Karima is a superstar. One of the hardest working people I have seen and again dons a smile all day and is extremely helpful. The staff here is just amazing and will make your stay worth it.
There were a few issues with smell and water pressure/heat in the beginning but the manager Abdel helped sort it out.

Clean, comfortable, superb location, staff exceptional. Nothing too much trouble. Attentive without being intrusive.
Evening meal delicious.
Airport transfers very smooth and easy.
Pool welcome after a busy day out sightseeing.

Central location, inside spice market, all staff were friendly and helpful and really look after their guests by picking up from square and one staff would take you to book taxi to make sure it is the right one. Would recommend.
Not the property itself but avoid spice shop next door as that was first ripped off for us as fooled by their ‘niceness’ with tea and gifts as soon as they see you so couldn’t refuse to buy as first time visitor.

Little oasis in the medina near spice market. Beautiful decor and plants and birds. We stayed top floor in family suite and had our own little patio as well as top terrace.
Sad we didnt stay more than one night. Priced a bit high for Morocco. Pool a bit small.

The staff were great and attentive, the room was clean and large. Breakfast, as far as Moroccan breakfast goes, was nice and varied, it had more than just bread and jam.
The only dislike we had was toward the shower - the shower head was spraying all over the place and the water was lukewarm at best.

Stunning Riad at the entrance of the Medina. We loved the elegant finishes in our blue Room, lovely hot water from the shower which is rare to get across Morocco. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
Breakfast was delicious, however eggs would have been better.

Every morning we were greeted with fresh, high-quality breakfast. The meals were clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. They upgraded our room to upon arrival. The manager personally ensured that all of our needs were met. They were attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
