We had an amazing stay at this Riad. Its super cozy and clean, and very well located, but still in a quite enough location. The staff was super friendly and made our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again.

An oasis of tranquility hidden behind the bustling city souks! The staff were incredibly friendly and arranged airport transportation for us ahead of arrival. We enjoyed lounging around on the terrace and by the pool after long days exploring Marrakesh.

Super nice riad in the Medina, Karima the housekeeper was the best ever, room so organised and spotless after she had been! Saida cooked us the most beautiful breakfast and Ali and Simo was very kind and helpful! Best with the Riad was Lalla the Riad cat, super cute and cuddly kitty we totally fell in love with! Very stylish riad in a superb location! We will be back for sure!
Maybe some fruit in the morning would have been nice!

The service was absolutely amazing! We've been so well taken care off. The property is gorgeous and the location is very cental, easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast each morning was a true treat! We've had the best experience of Marrakech at Bamboo!
There were a few issues with the internet and constructions during the day for a few days which were not announced.

The riad is so beautiful and exceptionally clean. Really easy to get to once your figure out the streets. Very relaxing atmosphere

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and food was good.
Expect to pay a 3.5% surcharge if youre paying by card. Also, you cannot pay card for any additional services (spa, transfer etc.) in card.

Incredible service and amazingly helpful staff.
The facilities are great. We spent every morning with an amazing breakfast on the rooftop terrace.
The Riad is located in the heart of the Medina, so we never really felt far away from our 'oasis' if we felt we needed to catch a break from everything going on in the Medina.

Wow! This Riad was truly amazing. A little piece of heaven and peace and quiet away from the craziness that is Marrakesh. Ideal location to get to everything- could not have been better located - seconds from the souks and 5 minutes from the main square. The rooms are stunning, very well decorated and a good use of space - shower was amazing. We had the ground floor room, all other rooms are on the first floor we believe - no lift. Air conditioning great. Maid service exceptional - every day clean linen and towels and even tidy up for us (shamefully!). Lounge area with pool was gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Roof top was a great hide out from the bustle of the streets below and we enjoyed the Riads included delicious breakfast every morning up there. The staff could not do more to help! There was always someone around to help and they could not do more for us. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make the Riad feel like home. They provided an exceptional lunch for us the day that we missed breakfast due to an early tour and even gave John a small gift for his birthday. A truly special experience and could not recommend enough! We loved it! Pa watch out for la la the house cat and Terrence the Tortoise (our name for him!)
