Wonderful
Riad was lovely all-around, almost like an oasis in the midst of a very busy Medina. But what made it truly amazing was the hospitality of our hosts. Simo went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Thank you for your hospitality, Simo and the team.

Host was great. Served tea and some wonderful desserts on arrival. Convenient to Medina. Also provided a breakfast way before normal time so we could have it before heading to train station for early departure
Have to watch how high you have showers as water drained a little slow and only small tray to hold water before it spreads outside of shower.

What an amazing Riad. Amazing location, close to all the attractions such as the Souks. The staff were very welcoming and lovely, always checking in on our days and going above and beyond. Breakfast was incredible, a different selection of local breads and pastries each morning all served with fresh orange juice and mint tea. What an amazing little spot.

We tested multiple riads in Marrakech, and the riad Bamboo Suite and Spa was our favorite for the location (right next to El Fna for tour departure), the comfort of the room, and the general ambiance, very friendly and welcoming. Simo, the manager, is very attentive to all requests and makes us feel at home.

The Riad is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Simo, the Manager, really made our stay — he’s kind, thoughtful and always helpful. We’d definitely return and would recommend it to others. The only small improvement we’d suggest is offering some fruit at breakfast, as it’s mainly pastries and occasionally eggs.d³

The staff were super friendly kind. Ali welcomed us on arrival with tea and treats and showed us around the property. The location was perfect! The room was clean, and beautifully decorated throughout the entire Riad. Breakfast was also included which was always fresh.

The location was perfect, not so far from the square where everything happens, and all the local restaurants were only 10 minute walk from here.
The staff are so friendly and helpful, all of them and the owner also gave us the best tips for places to visit.

Great location with an on-site hammam. The riad was a peaceful and calm retreat after exploring the souks and sites of marrakech. Lovely rooftop terrace to relax on with friendly and helpful staff.
The pool was more for looks than use and perhaps there could have been a little more variety with breakfast (fresh fruit?). But overall these are small things - we had a great stay and would happily return.

Friendly and really helpful staff. Good breakfast with a nice companion (Lala the cat). Clean, cozy room. Good vibes, nice rooftop terrace. We felt like we were home because of the hospitality.

Lovely Riad in the heart of Medina but tucked away from noises. Beds were very comfortable and we slept extremely well during our stay. The staff at the Riad were so accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We LOVED everything about it.

Great shower. Beautiful rooftop terrasse...
They allow cigarette smoking inside the main area which made our room and all our clothes smell and made us as non smokers feel ill.

Our stay at Riad Bamboo Suites and Spa in Marrakech was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, with Simo and Ali going above and beyond to take care of all our needs. Loved being greeted by the traditional Moroccan tea and sweets. The Hammam experience was amazing, leaving us refreshed and relaxed, followed by one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with plush beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The riad is a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Medina, close to all the main attractions. Highly recommend for a relaxing and well-run stay in Marrakech!
If you’re looking for a luxurious and welcoming place to stay in Marrakech, Riad Bamboo Suites and Spa is an absolute gem. We can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!
