The staff was very kind and attentive. We felt very safe and looked after while in the riad. We also enjoyed our room. I was worried about being on the ground floor for privacy and natural light but it was very lovely and light-filled during the day.
We liked everything about the riad! I only wish that they would have explained that no cars are allowed in the medina. We arrived very late at night (midnight) and it was a little overwhelming to arrive by foot without prior knowledge that it would be the case. Our mistake, though!

Friendly and very helpful staff, with a great location close to the main square
Difficult to find with lots of boys hanging around the streets near there which was intimidating at times for 2 girls travelling together

Wonderful
Maryk welcomed us with mint tea and home made biscuits and gave us some very helpful information. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts on the roof top were delicious. They altered the serving time when we had an early start for a day trip. The riad was cool and welcoming, a real home from home and wonderful for relaxing after hot and busy days. It is only a few minutes' walk from the main square. I would highly recommend staying here.

The host was very friendly, informative and hospitable. Was very willing to accommodate for special requests and we very much appreciated it!
The entrance to the Riad might seem sketchy at first, but I can assure anyone that it is safe.

for the way back to the airport, we did not need to wait a help man for the suitcase / luggage and could directly go to the driver but its okayyy

Riad azzar is very close to the main square, and walking distance from many attractions. The street seems dark but its save, it felt difficult to find in the first day, but the internet works and you can find it. The staff were kind and helpful.

Thomas was excellent and so helpful, arranging dinner etc for me. All the staff were lovely.
The only thing that let it down were the breakfasts. I found them to be very poor; maybe it was because I wanted breakfast at 8 instead of 8.30, as I wanted to get on with my day.
