Naaima was very nice and hospitable. She prepared a good dinner and breakfast for us. The Riad is close to the city center (about 10-15 minutes walk) and is well decorated.
You need to park your car about 800 m from the riad and walk with your luggage. Finding it in the maze of narrow streets is quite difficult. The bedrooms are small and 1 of the 3 rooms has very uncomfortable beds (but there were only four of us so we just changed rooms).

The tranquility and cleanliness of the property was flawless. The location was bang on the hassle and bustle, but once you were in the Ryad it was placid. It was spacious and traditional. Loved it. Naaima as a host was very warm and she cooked us a traditional Targin which was like no other. The presentation of the food was exceptional.
Shower needs a little more power.

We visited for just 1 night on our way back from the Atlas Mountains. The hosts (a couple) were very welcoming and the property was very spacious. It was very clean and had a lovely roof terrace.
Compared to other riads we have stayed at the price is so cheap! The value for money was many times better than anywhere else around. The riad was located close to the centre of Marrakech, right on the edge of the medina (very easy to get taxis etc to airport/further away places).
The couple made us dinner for a small extra cost and it was amazing! The breakfast was also very good. They also were there to help us with anything we needed and even gave some first aid for some blisters we picked up. They communicated with us well in advance of the booking in case we needed anything else.
If I ever visit Marrakech again or know anyone visiting, I only have 1 place to recommend and it's here
Nothing really, although booking.com doesn't make it super clear about the 50% payment in advance being done directly to the hosts. Obviously not the fault of the property, and is the same in many other places.

I stayed here with some friends. Mohamed and Naaima were very kind and welcoming. The rooms were comfy and clean. Amazing breakfast was served every morning. Highly recommend!

Stayed here with a group of friends. Mohamed was fantastic from the initial booking to check out. Communication was fantastic. The ambience is really good. The breakfast was fabulous and generous. Excellent place for family and friends.

Great location in the quiet area of Kasbah. The Ryad was very clean and quiet. The hosts were welcoming and served us tea and snacks on the terrace when we arrived. We also had a lovely dinner on the first night prepared on request. The WiFi was really good and the rooms were comfortable. Overall my friends and I had a great stay. I definitely recommend.

Mohamed and Nahima are the most kind people who run this Ryad.
Nahima cooked a dinner for us on one of the evenings and it was one of the best Moroccan meals we had.
both Mohammed and Nahima gave us a lot of tips about Marrakesh and our onward drive.
the place is quiet and calm. far away from the buzz of Marrakesh streets.
the place is not close to the main Street so it requires a bit of walking and there is no way of getting near it by car.
there were plenty of people on the street who helped us with our luggage and parking our car for a small tip.

This Ryad is just fantastic, the pictures dont make it justice. It is located within the Medina but quite in the outskirts making the location very peaceful and quiet yet within walking distance from all the main sights. The owners are lovely, they booked us a taxi from the airport and printed out our boarding passes for our return journey. We had the whole ryad for ourselves (we were a family of 5 with young children). Lovely breakfast was served every morning and our host cooked us one of the best tagines we had in Marrakech for dinner on our first night. We would highly recommend this place!

The hosts, Mohamed and Naaima were very friendly and accommodating. They recommended where to buy food so we did our own research based on those areas and we were not dissapointed. The rooms were great (no windows so it stays cooler and less noise), there is also a roof terrace. The WiFi worked well too. Ryad Ayad was clean and served it's purpose well. We even asked Naaima to cook dinner at a set price and it was great local food at a fairly reasonable price. Bottled water was provided to drink and to brush teeth.
There is a neighbour's rooster that woke us up several times but it did not wake the baby and we got used to it but it was annoying at first. The breakfast could do with more variety as it was very bread and carb heavy but it was tasty. Eggs/oats etc would have been nice too.

Great stay at a great location. Rooms were clean and modern, host was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and we also washed our clothes and left our luggage after check out for safe keeping which was great.

Very nice, kind hosts. They arranged everything for us - parking, food, late and very soon check out, in. Food they prepared for dinner was excelent. Helped also with sending us some personall staff via post.

Mohamed and Naima were so lovely to us and our two young boys. They treated us like family and even gave the boys toys and sweets on arrival. One day Mohamed went out of his way and cooked an omelette for the kids for lunch. In the evenings whilst the kids slept, we were able to relax in the lounge. The house made meal was good value and delicious, and the restaurant they recommended in the Mdina was great. Thank you so much.
