We got a room upgrade which was great. The food was amazing. The rooftop terrace is great for sunny days. The staff was so, so nice. We loved our stay!
There were a few small elements we addressed with Sandrine, our host, but she was AMAZING at helping us find solutions and we definitely left with great memories!

A peaceful escape in a crazy busy city. A short walk to the centre attractions. Riad was beautiful, clean and very welcoming. The team led by Sandrine were exceptional, so friendly, thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. They organised trips for us and gave great advice. Breakfasts were plentiful and we also enjoyed a couple of traditional evening meals too.

Our stay was so wonderful! From the moment we arrived and had our welcome mint tea we were looked after so well - the care and attention from the staff is very special. Sandrine has created a delightfully cosy Riad with so many extra touches we really looked forward to going back every evening. Slimane was so attentive and helpful, we felt like we had a personal butler! Ilyass was really friendly and we introduced him to some British food. Sara and Bouchra keep the accommodation looking very clean and made our rooms look so gorgeous - and smelt wonderful!! And the food!! Breakfast every morning had such a great selection - and we had lunch on the day we arrived - chicken tagine - it really was delicious. We wished we had time to have more meals there in the evening as the food was very good. We also really liked the location of the property, just off a busy street (so you can get dropped off right outside) but really peaceful once inside. It is a 10 minute walk to get to the medinas and about 15 minutes to the main square - we thought it was close enough to walk, but just outside the noisier parts. There were 4 of us in our group, all with different ideas of the perfect holiday - and we all agreed this stay at Riad Amya was one of the best places we have stayed - we all want to go back!!!

Everything, rooms are very clean and has a nice touch of the culture/beds are very comfortable/great massage facility right beside fire place ?/delicious homemade breakfast/best team and staff service, Ilyas was an amazing friendly staff, looking forward already to come back

The homemade breakfast was amazing! The staff is really nice and helpful, Ayoub is always ready to meet your requests. Perfect and calm neighborhood, walking distance to the Medina. The pool on the roof is perfect to cool off after a long day of sighseeing or even to get tanned during the day. The rooms are cute and comfy. Home away from home!

Lovely Riad a 10 min walk to the main town. Ayoub was very attentive and helpful, giving me a map and telling me about the main sights of the city. Lovely relaxing roof terrace and had a great hammam and massage at the Riad too. Rooms are as shown in the photos and decor is lovely.
Slightly outside the city so a bit of a walk to go in each time.

We had an incredible time at the riad with my two teenage daughters. The place is stunning, with tasteful decor and immaculate cleanliness. The breakfasts were hearty, and the dinners on the roof terrace were delightful. Its location couldn’t be better - tucked near the medina's wall, it allowed us to dive into the hustle while providing a peaceful retreat. Also, it was conveniently located for our day-trip pickups and those refreshing morning runs around the royal palace.
But what truly stood out was the staff's hospitality. From the warm welcome to showing us around the neighborhood, pointing out the best spots for safe money exchange, and engaging in genuine conversations, they made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to enhance our experience, surprising us with treats for Valentine's Day, and even organizing a cooking class where we learned to make our own tagine and explored the local fresh food market. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.

Riad Amya exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. Sandrine, Rahel, Ayoub and team really do go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday and beautiful balloons and flowers were arranged for her and Ayoub was unbelievably kind and gave her a small gift!! The team generally made many adjustments to accommodate the size and nature of our group. Sandrine recommended and booked the best venue for our celebration. We look forward to returning as a couple (sans our kids!)
Although breakfast was nice, only one out of our 3 nights provided the full variety of what was on offer.
