Wonderful
From the moment we arrived, Abdul made us feel welcome and comfortable. The entire riad feel upscale, clean, and richly appointed. The room including bathroom was definitely the best we experienced in all of Morocco across 6 different sites.

Pleasant
Good property - beautiful interiors, rooftop, great ambience.
Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds.

Good location
The owners are trying to rip you off so be on your guard - we had mistakenly forgot to add the kids to our booking and they were accommodating and understanding. However, just as we were about to leave after 3 days, they told us they need to charge us an extra for the kids (which is understandable). However there were two big red flags a) I fail to understand why they didn't mention this charge right when we checked in, when we spent plenty of time discussing with the manager about the booking missing 2 children. 2) The additional amount proposed was 2.5x of what it would have been had we correctly mentioned the children in the booking. We had to haggle like in the souks of Morocco just before we were headed to the airport. This whole experience left a very bitter taste in what was otherwise a very nice stay.
Minor points:
- The bathroom does not have any ventilation - there was a tiny window very high up which was closed
- This is probably true for all Riad's but there is no window for natural light without losing all privacy.

Very central to city. Walking distance to markets. The staff were brilliant and so kind to us. The room was comfortable and was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The details on walls in riad were beautiful and staff was helpful.
Toilet in 1 of the rooms was broken and 2nd room was running all the time, it wasn't fixed under our whole trip. Bathing facilities were not the best.

Exceptional
the rooms are beautiful, the location only 5 mins from the Souk. The staff are absolutely wonderful, Anas, Mohammad and Idris made our stay the best by going out of their way to help us and make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip in Marrakesh!

Lovely building, good rooms, good mint tea, and we really liked the guy that worked during the night and in the breakfast (unfortunately forgot his name).
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the breakfast was terrible. The breakfast was from 8-10, and if u came late (like 9:30) you got semi cold coffee - it stands on the table from around 8. Everything we got was heated up or old. These two nights were really expensive based on the quality.

The staff were lovely at this Riad and were very hospitable. The breakfast was lovely (as it always seems to be in Marrakech). Our stay was great overall.
The bed wasn't too comfy and we could have had a blanket rather than just a sheet on the bed as the weather was colder at night. The shower wasn't powerful and was temperamental with temperature.
Be aware that the breakfast in Marrakech, is very dairy fulled so not great for someone with a milk allergy but there is alway fresh fruit and the bread is dairy free and is delicious :)

Very good service, always positive and on the yes side. Also the atmosphere was lovely, referencing the style of the Riad. Relaxing place, which was important in a busy city.
The toilet was clean enough, but not perfect. For example the toilet lid was broken.
