Very Good
This is a lovely Riad. It's beautifully decorated, the rooms are very pretty, and the courtyard and pool are great to relax in. I stayed here on two occasions and both times, I had a great stay. The staff are really nice to deal with and the hotel is clean and very well maintained. I was very grateful to have good air-conditioning.
The breakfast provided is good.
The location is really good - it's off a main road in the Kasbah so you don't have too far to walk from where the taxi drops you off. It's in a safe quiet area where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within minutes walk. I enjoyed seeing all the family activity around the nearby mosque at night. Note: It's about a 12min walk to Jemaa el-Fna.
The shower needs some sort of screen or curtain - it was annoying having to mop up all the water around the base of the toilet after every shower.
The old doors to the suites are beautiful but I found the padlock setup a bit of a pain.
The room could use a mini fridge so you can keep drinks cold.
All minor things that wouldn't put me off staying here again.

The staff is super friendly and warmly and gave us many tips for our stay in Marrakech. They also helped us with organising a trip to the desert.
The breakfast was rich and delicious with juice, tea, coffee eggs, croissants and many more things to enjoy.
In the afternoon we loved to relax on the big roof top terrace which has lots of chill areas and a great view.
We can definitely recommend this beautiful Riad :)

What I loved about the property was that it was very peaceful, it also gave a lot of beautiful,authentic ,vintage ,Moroccan decor what summed up my stay there was how beautiful the stuff treated me and kind they was to make sure you are not only having a good time in Morocco but you are also safe and the breakfast was freshly prepared and tasted delicious the stuff overall was amazing:)))

The staff were super friendly and helpful; they were multi-lingual as well and all spoke English. The location was great as we were able to walk everywhere. The AC and pool was perfect given Marrakech temperatures during our stay were 40+!

We had breakfast included which was great and delicious. The hotel was fairly small, not a lot of guests so we enjoyed the pool to ourselves. Location is close to shops and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.
Morocco was hot, aircondition didn't work that well in the room but it was not that bad.

This is an excellent riad. Bright and spacious with excellent facilities - a lovely little pool and large courtyard to relax in. Staff were incredibly helpful with any information we needed about the city or restaurants. Very well maintained building in a superb location.
I have nothing negative to say about this riad, I would recommend a stay here.

Great stay: Very nice building and comfy room. The inner courtyard is fantastic and a great place to relax after a busy day out or in the morning. The location is excellent for exploring the city and breakfast was excellent.

The riad offered a delightful escape in the heart of the city. Its charming ambiance, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made it a suitable choice for exploring Marrakech's vibrant culture. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying breakfast. The breakfast offerings were simple yet delicious, featuring local pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, and aromatic Moroccan tea. The staff was really accommodating and helped us with any query we had. They even provided us with breakfast on the days when we needed to leave early.

The Riad itself is breathtaking. The swimming pool was nice to refresh and we loved to rest on the roof terras.
Everyday the whole Riad was cleaned so it was very clean.

nice area, easy to find, calm in the communal areas. kind staff.
We had a ground room floor and people having breakfast woke us up as well as people coming in in the evening. A lot of noise. the staff, although kind, left us thinking they only wanted our money: on day of departure we asked for a taxi from the riad to the airport (we paid 85 dirham on our way there). The man at the reception offered other guests 150 dirham, and us a taxi for 200 dirham! We managed to negotiate 150, but when we were picked up it was clear that he was making money off us with his friend (they clearly seemed to know each other and taxi man gave him money). I advise to take the taxis in the Main Street, who always seem to be there even at 4 AM.
Also we had cockroaches in our room - a product was used and it was solved (for the time being), however we had to ask for a discount at the end of our stay as nothing was offered to us.
