We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely boutique hotel The design is wonderful with all the little staircases leading to multiple sitting rooftop areas. The breakfast is good and the staff extremely helpful. Wonderful to be in the middle of the medina, close to some great restaurants.

Our stay at this Riad was fantastic! The entire place was spotless, and the ambiance was absolutely wonderful. The fresh, pleasant smell throughout the hotel added to the experience. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
We loved the jacuzzi—it was such a relaxing touch! The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we even had the pleasure of being greeted by the chef himself, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
It’s also very baby-friendly, making it an ideal spot for families. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
We went in winter the pool is not heated but we ended up using the jacuzzi which was nice

Excellent location, a 3 minute walk from Medersa Ben Youssef. Wonderful facilities and ambience with pleasant outdoor seating to work or read, lovely rooftop restaurant area and excellent room facilities. Secure entrance and excellent tips for dining etc. The staff were wonderful - incredibly helpful and pleasant.
The location is a little lonely - located on a stretch of road where building is ongoing and which is therefore very quiet at night. This will probably be resolved relatively quickly but for the moment perhaps not the best for solo female travellers walking home after dark.

It was our first time in Marrakech and we decided to stay in a Riad in the Medina. The Riad xo was absolutely fantastic. The location was the north so slightly quieter but really easy to get everywhere. The quality of the rooms and the grounds were 5 star, it was so tranquil and incredibly beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the introductory talk was really helpful in order for us to navigate Marrakech as first time visitors. They facilitated taxis and also accommodated me who is gluten free at breakfast, following a comment on arrival. The eye for detail was second to none.
I would highly recommend the Riad xo.

Amazing property set in the heart of Marrakech. Beautiful architecture of the riad itself with an amazing vibe and atmosphere. Staff were exceptional, attentive and very friendly, always a step ahead.

Newly renovated property and beautiful little touches everywhere. Lots of space for every eventuality. The staff were very happy and polite. The breakfast was nice also, with fresh fruits, pancakes etc (very complete). Really close to the souks and the big square.
We booked a superior room (balcony included) for more money. When we finalised at the end, we had been given a standard room. When we questioned this, it was explained that the large window counted as a balcony (and thus a superior room). Furthermore it was right under the restaurant (breakfast and dinner you can listen to the chairs being dragged across floors). Save money and get a standard room.
The spa was very underwhelming. It was very expensive for what they are offering. At 700MAD (~€70) each; we booked a hamman, scrubbing and massage. The hamman and scrubbing was in a small room, so and so hygiene with the mop in the same room. The hamman was also cold, which made us cold for the unheated massage room. Squeaky massage chairs and lacking a general finesse (for the price). We went to the local hamman the next day, which was 300 MAD for the same quality. Lastly they only accept cash, and cash machines are far and few in Marrakesh/rarely working.

The Riad was beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! Loved our stay.
The beds were too hard for my liking. But minor on the grand scheme of things.

The breakfast was amazing, fresh orange juice, coffee, fruits and the yoghurt was so delicious. We enjoyed it every morning.
The location of the Riad is perfect to explore the Medina and Souks. The staff of the Riad was always so helpful - they showed us everything, had always time and even picked us up, when we got lost. They arranged an extra transfer for us and made dinner reservations as well. I cannot say enough how amazing and perfect our stay was. We will definitely come back and can recommend Riad XO for everyone. The style is just gorgeous!

Everything! This place is absolutely amazing! If you're looking for a great location for exploring the old Marrakesh, this is the one. The design, the staff, the terrace, the comfort of the bed, shampoo fragrance.. this place is a hidden gem! A special thank you to Taoufiq, who made the stay unique with all the suggestions on how to get around the city. Ps. Make sure to try their beef tajine!
