The owner was very nice. The staff were polite and friendly. Their checkout time was flexible. The Riad was clean and comfortable, just like staying at home.
The Riad was difficult to book, we want to book 3 nights but can only book 2 only.

Riad is very cozy as well as in the great location . There is many fruit stall just a few minutes walk. Staff is very welcoming and helps with anything you need . One of the best parts about this riad is the food - the best food we had in Marrakesh was inside the riad. So def order dinner , our favourite was orange chicken. Two turtles walking around adds a nice touch, my kids loved it .

The rave reviews are accurate. What a beautiful stay! The rooms are comfortable, gorgeous and everything smells lovely. But the staff is really the highlight. We were charmed by Mustapha, Ayoub and Yousef. Each one was helpful, kind and thoughtful. My birthday was during our stay and they arranged a special candlelight dinner for us on the rooftop with a custom cake and a thoughtful gift. The food was delicious. If you are looking for a place in Marrakech, this is it. Thank you again Alili!

The staff were amazingly accommodating to my specific requirements. They even custom made our shower bath and creams from the Moroccan scents
There was a construction next door and the sound did disrupt the peace a little bit. Even this had nothing to do with the riad itself, it is just unfortunate timing.

Wow - what an amazing riad with outstanding service. Mustafa, Yusuf and Ayub put all the effort to make your stay unforgettable and enjoyable. Very helpful and kind. The place itself is very clean, comfortable with beautiful decor.
I have been to many hotels in all different countries but never had so welcoming and warm approach like in riad Alili. Thank you very much.

Perfectly located in the old town. A quiet oasis of calm compared with life on the streets.
We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. Beautiful courtyard and pool with adjoining heated jacuzzi. Well appointed room with lots of thoughtful extras including a choice of scent for the toiletries. Cool evening meant a log fire in the room.
Breakfast was tasty and plentiful served in the courtyard by the pool. Evening meal one night in front of the log fire, another by the pool on a warmer evening.
All of the staff were so attentive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.
Excellent hammam and massage at the Riad.
Overall such a luxurious stay.

Very professional staff and very nice room. Quiet environment, lots of nice details from the Riad to make everything nice and comfortable. Very clean room and nice, they would even arrange the fireplace every evening for a warm return to the room. Very attentive to details and professional. Very nice homemade breakfasts, beautiful arrangements. Would love to come back!!

Beautiful interior and exceptional attentive and very helpful staff. Our Suite was fabulous … very comfortable… clean and had its own open fire which was much appreciated as the evenings were cold. Breakfast was plentiful, very good and freshly prepared. The location was good and within walking distance of many places of interest. We would highly recommend this Riad.

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The hospitality here is unmatched - the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always up for a chat. They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.
The riad itself is stunning, with plenty of space and cozy spots to relax. Every little detail has been thought of, from the beautifully scented bathroom products (which you get to choose yourself!) to the stylish interior.
And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every meal was a treat, with a great variety of flavors. They even prepared vegetarian dishes for us on request. Also the breakfast was generous and made with love.
The location is excellent - peaceful, yet close to all the highlights of Marrakech. Normally, we don’t tend to revisit the same place, but Riad Alili is an exception. When we come back to Marrakech, we already know where we’ll be staying!
Oh, and Omar the dromedary? You’ll just have to meet him yourself ;)

This Riad is truly beautiful and the whole experience was amazing from airport pick-up to check-out. Youssef and the whole team made us feel so welcome. They were able to accommodate all of our requests and made the whole trip very easy and stress free, so we could enjoy Marrakesh and all it had to offer. The riad itself is stunning with a great rooftop for sunbathing, beautiful hammam with very reasonable prices and the room we stayed in was also really nicely decorated. We will surely be back!

Beautiful Riad in a great location. Rooms are gorgeous and the whole Riad is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were so looked after by Christophe and all of his team, everyone was so warm and helpful and couldn’t do more to make us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfasts were excellent every morning. There is so much attention to detail which we really appreciated and made things easier for us, such as the SIM cards they lend you so you can get about using your phone without roaming charges and also the airport transfers that were seamlessly organised for us. Our 3yr old daughter was showered with gifts and made to feel so at home - she loved feeding the tortoises and the jacuzzi - which was lovely and warm, so nice to come back to after a day exploring the souks. Fires are lit in the rooms at night time as the January evenings can get a little chilly and extra bedding is provided should you need it, the atmosphere is cosy and tranquil. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you Christophe and all the team at Riad Alili! We hope to return one day…

The rooms are well appointed and the log fire was a real treat! The location was perfect, the breakfasts were very tasty! The service was always friendly, helpful but discreet. A great team has been built to ensure everyone has a serene and relaxing time!
The only thing I can think of is the AC unit was a little loud but that’s the only thing.

The staff were absolutely incredible – super approachable, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and truly made us feel at home. The level of care and attention they provided was unmatched. Riad Alili’s location is very good. While some riads in Marrakech are in streets that can feel a bit creepy in the dark, this riad is well-situated, making it feel safe and accessible even at night.
However, we stayed in the twin room, which felt much smaller than it looked in the pictures. It was quite dark and not very cozy, in our view. The bathroom lighting was very bright and white; a warmer tone would have been nicer. January is one of the coldest months in Marrakech and unfortunately, the AC in the room did not provide warm heat. While warm blankets were available, the room itself was too small for two people to fit comfortably. In hindsight, paying closer attention to the room's square meters would have been a good idea and we likely would have booked a different room.
